Very convenient location. Room is nice but corridor common areas can use some up keeping. House keeping not as good because seem only one staff member.

There are ants and insects hid in new shower towel, the blanket is too small but we requested additional for free. Basin tap when turns on heat water, the pipe sound conceal in wall very loud.

It’s a good location. However the room is quite small. The corridor is dark too.

I stayed here for 3 nights, The location was good not far away from Ximenting, The hotel has 7-11 and a family mart nearby, There is a huge bed and huge bathroom, no bidet, room had small window but no view (window can open but will face with wall of another building). The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable.

Very convenient location in ximending. However the front desk service can be improved. The receptionist wasn't there when we wanted to check out at 12pm (usual check out time) and had to wait 20 mins before she came to process our check out.

This hotel locates just outside of the busy and noisy Ximending shopping district. Is just less than 10 mins away from the MRT, and less than 5 mins walk back into the shopping district. Very convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and happy to assist us whenever we need help.

I regret not listening to the reviews on trip.com. The location of Apple Hotel is about 7 minutes from Ximen Station and not too close to Ximen Station. The room is not too small, 18 square meters, and can still open two large windows. However, as soon as you enter the room, there is a smell of urine that lingers for a long time. There is dust everywhere, I have never experienced such a situation in a hotel. The design of the room was good, but the hygiene was poor. The reservation was for a double bed, but the quilt was too short and not enough for two people. I called the front desk and asked for an extra quilt. The reply said that they had all been borrowed by other people and could not be lent to me. The vents were full of dust. On the second day after checking in, there was only hot water in the morning. The lobby said that the cold water motor was broken. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, the situation was the same. I had to complain and had to wait for a while before cold water came. I have never tried it before. The waiter's attitude was good. All in all, if you have a choice, don't stay here.

I have stayed in so many hotels and hotels. This is the first time I encountered such an outrageous and strange shower design. Why would you want to set the shower head outside the dry and wet separation? How on earth do you want others to wash it?

It was my first time to have such a bad experience. After checking in, when I got out of the room, it was completely dark. It felt like I had gone to a hotel. I felt so uncomfortable that I didn’t want to stay any longer. It made me want to go online immediately. Then book other hotels, The pictures you look at online are nothing like that. It’s just uncool. This experience is like a waste of money and time. It’s hard to rent this hotel to people if it’s not ready at all😡😡
