Vibrant hotel located at a convenient location right next to the metro station. Room is spacious and equipped with great amenities. Staff are lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The room is really nice. On our first stay we paid twice the price and we got a room with full amenities which made us wanted to go back. But sadly this time of stay (we paid much cheaper) and got “only room” without amenities. When we asked the cleaning lady they laughed and talked in other languages.

I really enjoyed my stay here and the main reason is the service. They allowed me to check in several hours early to catch up on some sleep, no extra charge. I also checked out a bit later to catch up on sleep, no complaint or penalty fine. However, beware, it’s a nightmare getting taxis back to this hotel late at night from downtown, so plan your night out carefully. This is more of an Amsterdam specific issue.

Except for the system errors and wrong charges, everything else is very satisfactory. The transportation is very convenient.

1. The room is super small, everything is mini, and the double bed is so small that it makes people feel like they will fall off at any time; 2. The room is basically not cleaned unless you specifically notify us. Even if we specifically notify you, the cleaning is still sloppy; 3. This is an apartment similar to a shared space, which may be more suitable for friends with social needs; 4. There are free laundry and drying rooms, which is good for travelers; 5. It is very close to the subway station. There is a subway bus outside, and you can get to the center station in half an hour, but I strongly recommend choosing a hotel near the center station; 6. There are supermarkets and places to eat nearby, but it is still inconvenient. Strongly not recommended

If you choose this hotel as a student, it can be a hobby choice, otherwise I can't recommend it A bed attached to the wall with a night light right above your head! Normally, rooms in all hotels are cleaned every day, which didn't happen during our stay and we reported that cleaning is done every other day!!! And the cleaning was totally superficial and the bed was only made when the sheets should have been changed but that wasn't done! We reported all this and the staff told us it will be checked!!! However, the connection to the subway and bus was good and the staff friendly

Excellent location for using public transport. Young and clean structure. It has all the useful services.

The location of the hotel is good, the bus 🚌 subway 🚇 is nearby, the hotel facilities are very simple, even shampoo and shower gel are not prepared, the service attitude at the front desk is good, generally speaking, the price/performance ratio is good, and it is no problem to sleep well.

Good hotel, I liked everything, you can wash things for free.
