Good Value for money... walking distance to Ximending night market.. clean and with good breakfast.

The location is alright if it is a quick stroll to the nearby Ximending Night Market. However it will be some distance away from the main city centre either by bus or MRT. Amenities such as dental kit available upon request.

Though the hotel is a little walking distance from ximending night market and ximen mrt, we had the most pleasant stay in this hotel. Clean, cozy, quiet and spacious room. Receptionists are very welcoming and met a lind fellow citizen in between ❤️ Worth it and value for money! Will definitely book riverview suites again on our next Taiwan trip 👌🏻

Overall, our stay was passable. The room was clean, and the location was convenient for accessing Ximen. However, getting to the hotel required a long detour around the new building to reach the old building. Additionally, there was no shelter between the buildings, which was inconvenient when it rained. Even the pick-up and drop-off area lacked proper shelter. To be fair, they do provide raincoats at the reception at the old building. On the day of checkout, around 11 AM, we requested umbrellas to cross over, but the staff suggested waiting for the rain to subside until our checkout time at 12 PM due to a shortage of manpower. When we asked how they would facilitate checkout if the rain continued, especially during peak checkout hours, the staff were unable to provide a clear response.

Very good location. Near Ximending night market. Very accommodating staffs. Clean and wide room. Recommended!

Pros - rooms are decently sized and feels new - quiet neighbourhood - decent breakfast with a view to kill - comfortable bedding - sound insulation good Cons - a good 10-15 mins walk from Ximen station. (But shopping while walking back makes you forget the distance) - as the hotel has two buildings, the newer suites are in another building connected on the ground floor with the older building. Breakfast is located in the older building so have to take a lift to the ground floor, walk over to the old building and take a lift up to the top floor for breakfast.

Decent area near Ximen area. Its near the bridge end of ximending. The hotel is connected to riverview taipei hotel.

Good service and hospitality. Slightly far from the station and tourist attractions.

staff are nice but the airway is not very good although there are windows. i love the room is big

From the moment I arrived, the staff provided exceptional service that made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, including complimentary toiletries and a mini-fridge stocked with refreshments.

First time in Taiwan, spent our 2nd anniversary in this hotel and they are just the sweetest.

Room was clean, staff was courteous. Breakfast was limited as a Muslim.

Breakfast was far from satisfactory, it was said to starts from 6:30 to 10am. Services staffs off the lights at 10am sharp, while guests is still around sopping down the coffee, cleaners started pushing clean carts from 9:30am. Should t all these be done after guests leaves? The type of breakfast was just plain taiwan style porridges with some dishes, 2 hot buns, some breads, fruits. No chef at work, No fresh omelette, noodles, for u to customise orders.

Stayed at the new wing of the hotel. Location is on the far end of XMD, need walk quite a distance. Decent room. Provided cot and baby bathtub. However cot was placed in the balcony of the room, right next to the window. No curtains at the balcony and the cot area become very bright the moment sun rises. Not ideal for baby sleeping.
