Basic but convenient and clean. Self service is cool but the entire experience is not as seamless

The staff are kind and helpful, but the location is a bit inconvenient.

Every night I heard neighbors shoving around their chair. Curtain was very dirty and bathroom door was broken. The bed was comfortable. Check-in was automated and you could only check-in at 3 PM. The WiFi was good.

The hotel is just okay — nothing special. What I really appreciated was how close it is to the metro, which made getting around super convenient. However, one major downside was the lack of hot water. We had to take cold showers during the cooler months, which was really uncomfortable. That definitely took away from the overall experience.

When I arrived to check in—well after the designated check-in time—I was disappointed to find that the room had not yet been cleaned from the previous guest. Even after I had to wait for the cleaning to be done, the cleaning was superficial at best, and a proper deep clean had not been done. This was not the level of cleanliness or attention to detail I expected. Would not recommend.

At walk street center, near metro, easy to get to the center, perfect for visit famous places
