superb no good at all.first book then transfer us to another sis hotel.The hotel aircond cannot function.warm & the condition of the room is bad.Never ever come again to this hotel

5 min walk to Ximen MRT exit 1, good customer service. Very convenient and near all amenities.

It's about 7 minutes from Ximending Station Exit 1. There are shops on the way! (Drink stand too) The price was very reasonable for a solo traveler, even though Taipei hotels and guesthouses are so expensive! I would like to use this accommodation again!

I was worried because it was cheap, but there were towels and air conditioning in the room, and security was good so there were no problems. There are three shower rooms.

I only booked one night temporarily because I had to change my flight ticket. To get to the room, you have to pass through an area that looks like a ruin. There are notices about suspicious people in the corridor. It is not recommended for single women to stay here. They don’t feel safe and they are not brave enough to go back too late. The door does not have a separate lock, which makes me feel very insecure. The sound insulation of the room is very poor. I heard snoring and the sound of opening the door in the corridor. The hygienic condition of the room is very poor. There are ants on the pillow, small insects in the toilet, and there is no toilet paper holder or toilet paper in the toilet. , there were two rolls of toilet paper under the TV, one of which was only half a roll, it felt like **, the sheets had holes, the most terrible thing, I found out there was a mask at the air-conditioning outlet 2 hours after checking in, and I couldn't find it due to self-service check-in. There was no WiFi at all in the room. I reported it to the front desk the next day, but on the third day, Sunday, there was no one at the front desk to ask! In order to test the air conditioning in a room, someone ran to turn the power valve without informing us in advance. We were in the room when the power suddenly went out, and we had to run and ask for answers ourselves!

The accommodation location is convenient and quiet, very close to the city, and the service staff is very kind. The room is comfortable, quite large, clean and tidy. It is recommended for travelers coming to Taipei.
