The hotel was good! Clean and jacuzzi is amazing!

I got pissed by shallow lies by the world wide population, so this review; When hotels advertise as having swimming pool, 99 % means hotel’s public swimming pool for all hotel guests. This motel had such no specific information on trip.com advertisement. So I naturally thought it would be the case as well. But upon arrival they said that swimming pool is in a private room. Some 5 star hotels have presidential suite with living room and grand piano, but this motel is just fraud, they should have made it that case. It was misleading advertisement. I only chose this hotel for swimming pool. They then said if want to get that room, pay 5000 NT for upgrade, and 2000 NT for just 3 hours use. This whole process also took 30 minutes. So I complained and they claimed I need to pay since it is advertised on their official website. Have I made website reservation? I made trip.com reservation. Truly absurd. Plus inside the room all surfaces were filthy during entire stay but I gave up even talking as they appeared as beyond communication, lacking any sorts of shame. I developed folliculitis during my stay here, but crazy people of the world always strive to normalise all sorts of negativities such bed bugs or violences or theft or insults or discrimination rather than fixing them, so let them be who they are- messed up. Who cares about hygiene and professionalism when all you can care about is money and your own feelings?? Maybe I should move to Singapore with such strict law on hygiene and fraud. The world wide population really knows nothing but money and making others suffer. People are sick. It’s been absolutely stressful.

Great place. The room with ktv, sauna, jacuzzi was awesome. Motel style with drive in garage good for family or couple who want to have fun

My friend and I stayed in the hotel for one weekend. We really enjoyed the facilities and the staff was super nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

Brother Zheng who served the shuttle bus was serious and considerate. He answered our questions carefully and chatted with us patiently. Great!

The kids had a lot of fun. There is a parking space. It is clean and big. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is very rich. There is fresh juice and small cookies. It is very fun to eat while taking a bath.

The room is big and the bathtub is great. I will stay there if I have the chance to visit Fengjia again in the future.

I like it very much. I thought I had booked the water slide, but I found out that I had booked the wrong one. However, the room is also very good, with two toilets. The sauna is really comfortable, and it is also very nice to go to the massage pool at night. I took my children to the massage pool to release their energy. The massage pool has shallow steps, so there is no need to worry about the baby having no place to stand. It is highly recommended as a family hotel!

The parent-child play area is quite large, and the breakfast is a surprise for a motel. The location is very close to Fengjia Night Market, and the hotel also has a shuttle bus, but it's a pity that the frequency is a bit insufficient. Otherwise, it is a choice with a high CP value.

The hotel provides late night snacks and a rich breakfast, so I don’t go to bed hungry because I often sleep late. It’s really great. The location of the hotel is also very good. There is also a shuttle bus to Fengjia Night Market, which is really considerate.

I went there a few times, but this time I was not very satisfied. The cleanliness needs to be improved. Disgusting things came out of the bathtub. The shuttle bus told me that the reservation was full, but I didn't see any shuttle bus at all.
