I have lived many times and I am very satisfied. It is clean and comfortable. It is just that the floor of the room has been destroyed for years, resulting in a bit of noise when stepping on it, a bit hollow; but it does not affect the accommodation, but I hope to find time to repair it.

The location is very good, near to Taichung train stations and multiple bus stops nearby.
Convenience store + beverage shops are few mins walk away.
Breakfast comes in set, few choices available (Western/Chinese). Overall I'm quite satisfied with breakfast.
Cleanliness of the room need to be improved. Dusts found all over bedside lamp and tv.
Obvious scratches seen on the tiles.

Great hotel, great price, great service, great location. A few minutes walk from Taichung Station (not to be confused with the high speed railway station) and directly in front of one of the main intercity bus stops (ticket office next door) so easy to take bus to Taipei. Also intracity buses depart from here, so easy to get almost anywhere. Staff are friendly, and the hotel is spotless. Convenience store and beef noodle soup next door too. There are several other hotel options nearby for similar prices, but overall this one ticks all the boxes.

The room is of good size for two, was clean and equipped with modern furnishing and toilet fittings. Good 32-inch TV with Hollywood and Chinese movies in addition to local ********* channels. The room rates included chinese breakfast. I think the spread is quite wide and taste good. Only con is that it is rather far from shopping areas, Fengjia night market or the train or bus stations. There is local bus service 30 and 89 outside the hotel which comes twice an hour. Service 11 loop around Taichung city that comes once and hour. But due to local traffic conditions, the arrival time stated on Google or local bus app are not accurate.

SSiSiriThis is a very great place to stay at. It’s very convenient as it’s in a walking distance from Taichung Station and bus stops. I stayed for one night in a bunk bed ‘room’. Every bunk bed has its own space, counter, wardrobe, safe and enough power outlets. The washroom area is also well facilitated with a separate zone of wet and dry area in each shower room. They also have noodles time and a light breakfast.
Overall, it was a nice stay, would recommend for a solo traveler and will most probably stay here again if I come to Taichung 😊

The only fly in the oin**ent is that I don’t know if the partitions are not soundproofed. The sound in the corridor is acceptable, but the speech next door can be heard very clearly. You will always hear the speech next door when you sleep😅

The price is low-budget friendly, I definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice and budget friendly hotel, or if you are just gonna stay for a few nights.
The location is inside a community, you can find a lot of good food around the hotel. Taiwan is famous for their breakfast shops, you can find nice breakfast around the hotel. There’s also a famous market called “第二市場”, “The Second Market” bear the hotel. I went there with my friends to try their minced pork rice and other soups. GGuest UserI booked a triple room for myself as I wanted a bigger room but was given a 4 ppl room with 2 double beds. Very helpful n efficient check in staff who did everything from checking n fixing the musty smell in my room n showing me how to take the buses. Great location w bus stops for local buses n buses to other cities right outside, n great local food just around the corner. There’s also a small outlet mall n Taichung park within 5 min walk. Very modern deco. Only downside is no fridge in room n no proper room makeup. Overall, great place!

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is quite ok as it is walking distance to nearby shops and night market. We booked two rooms for4 person and the room that me and my husband stays have bed bugs. After staying two nights at the hotel, our legs started to have bed bugs bites that was really visible and uncomfortable. After the first night, we started to have some bite marks but we thought it might just be some mosquitos bites, but after the second night we started to realised they were bed bugs bites.

Hhoo7749You can walk or take a bus from Taichung Station (several buses can get off at Renai Hospital Station). It is a very convenient hotel. The space is not big but the staff is very clean and comfortable. It will be a priority for your next trip to Taichung. Next to it, the Yanagawa Christmas lights decoration has been completed, but the waterfront landscape trail will not be opened until December 15.

GGuest UserI knew this hotel through the introduction of a TV program a long time ago. I always wanted to find a chance to go out and play. I stayed in 1969 by the way, but I couldn't find a travel companion or arrange a suitable time. I finally made a successful visit at the beginning of this month. The hotel as a whole did not disappoint me, but it was quite satisfactory! But because this time I live in a classic room type, I want to try the star room next time if I have time to visit on weekdays.
