Love the view from the balcony, the host was very responsive, they are actually a team that I guess entertained for all the guests and they are very attentive and warm. I ask them to entertain my sister and my family as they are already in the lobby and they are very quick to respond, kudos to the host and team. My only other feedback is the pool access is not available for guests during weekends and holidays but the main purpose of renting the place was during holiday staycation so I'm giving 2 stars for the amenities only. 5 stars for the room itself ( love the interior design btw 😍) and 5 stars for the service cleanliness, the location is superb.

The host is very responsive and took care of all our request prior to arrival specifically the parking. They made sure that we checked in comfortably.
It is a home but with a hotel type of service. The condo staff are also very polit and would open the doors for you. Their cleaners also made sure to provide us the requested supplies we needed during the stay. The toilteries are complete! from shampoo, soaps, shower caps, slippers and comb! - these stuff usually is only available in hotels. We also used the washing machine which helped us get clean clothes before we left.
Is it worth our money? Yes, and I will surely book in this place or with the same host again. They view is also very stunning!
By the way, if booking 7 days they have free airport shuttle service!

Lobby: The staffs were accomodating. Just the aircondition in the lobby when we got there we don’t feel the aircondition cause its very hot.
The room that they gave to us is in the higher floor which we suggest if we can have.
The room is clean and we were happy cause their Netflix and Primevideo in the room we stayed at. hehe
We dont get to try their gym but the swimming pool is really good especially for kids.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Hoping we can book and stay again in the future.

This is an affordable, no frills, reliable hotel. It’s clean, the check in/out process was easy, and the room was pretty peaceful at a great location. The only thing that I think they can improve is the communication from one staff person/team to another. I had requested for a late checkout at 6pm (with a fee) because I work late/odd hours. By 3 or 4pm, housekeeping staff were already banging on my door to clean the room so I had to tell them that I’d arranged for a late checkout. It happened twice and I didn’t appreciate the disruption. They should setup a system to ensure their staff know which guests have a pre-arranged late checkout and who is simply late.

I contacted them late at night, but they responded kindly.
The location was convenient because it was next to SM Aura.
At first, I checked the street view through Google Map.
I wasn't sure if it was the right accommodation. It seems like the Google Map location needs to be corrected.
However, overall, the reception was friendly and the accommodation facilities were cleanly managed, so I am satisfied.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to our company in the Philippines, right next to the pedestrian street, suitable for friends who like shopping and business trips, surrounded by multinational company headquarters, the hotel's Chinese customer service responds very quickly

GGuest UserUpgrade to a one-bedroom and one-living room suite for free. The apartment room has a washing machine, and the clothes can be dried overnight. Equipped with simple kitchen utensils, you can cook simple meals. It's just that the air conditioner is too noisy, so you need to choose carefully for those who have high requirements for the sleeping environment.

The room is really clean and the fragrant of the room is really relaxing. The shower room and the toilet are separate. The staff are really accommodating and are always smiling. GGuest UserFourth or fifth trip to BGC. Always stay in these condos. Only minor issues with the room, such as no hand towel. Love the area and this location is near to everything. Biggest issue was checkout time. I received a message less than 24 hours before checkout saying 11am checkout time. (Admittedly, I didn’t see the see message but I do find that early) They were knocking on the door at 11:01 and had apparently booked pest control for 11:00. Quite annoyed they would book something for that time. Otherwise a great visit.

CCaila Joy FelipeWhen I walk into the room, I immediately check if the room is well cleaned and maintain. However its too dusty on the floor there is no slippers to wear on, when u check the bathroom u’ll see the bathtub and check there is something dirty and greasy running down on one of its pump something. Then the edges of the tiles around the shower area u’ll see its not well maintained and the tissue was used. The overall appearance or the room is perfect the couches and even the air condition really makes the room feel cold. One of may favorite part is the Make up side where there is a vanity mirror, tv has good reception. Staffs are friendly and they do allow visitors but of course limits when they can only stay. Its an overall good experience but due to the poor cleanliness at the area I have to give an honest review. Also price is too cheap for 1 night stay for two which is really affordable and of course worth it.

GGuest UserThe address is not clear. You have to call to ask which room you want. The landlord has never shown his face. There is no breakfast. The room is not cleaned. There are no toothbrushes or combs. It is a purely self-service hotel and not suitable for long-term stays. There are cockroaches in the house. The air conditioner is very loud. The Internet is very slow. Poor, the price is high and the price/performance ratio is low.

JjcdfrThere was a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom and in the main door. There was an insect repellent can, but empty. So no use at all.
The appliances were all dusty, floor was clean though.
The air conditioning was not cold even if it’s set at 17 degrees. It felt like we were using a fan.
The wifi doesn’t have a connection, so we had to use our own mobile data.
We can’t seem to get any channels in the small TV.

There is no clear room address, and the front desk does not know how to receive and contact. This seriously wastes customer time and affects mood. Such a poor apartment will affect Ctrip's reputation!
