I really enjoyed my time, I had my coffee every morning enjoying the beauty of this beautiful hotel, very clean, there's was only one person taken care of the whole place ,which i thought it was definitely too much for one person but Vemalyn was amazing, her attitude was very positive, very helpful and always smiling

it's a bit of a failure... the hotel was never notified of my reservation, I tried to cancel it but without success.... Trip did collect the reservation fees I didn't only not been able to take advantage of this reservation, the conditions of communication with Trip are almost zero.... do you really think that I will recommend Trip to at least one person?
