Great hotel, we liked everything! :)

Very good hotel but since the hotel is old there is a major water problem

The hotel is very old and just renovated. It smells bad. I stayed there for one night with the window open. Even the hot water was not hot. The front desk service was poor and they didn't let me check in until 1am.

Great hotel, spacious room. Cons: hard to connect to wifi, close to noisy street, night lights slightly glow, curtains not completely blackout. Pros: easy to get to, metro nearby, great breakfast.

We were very pleased with the hotel. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was very nice and varied, and its location was central.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the metro station, there are many taxis in front. The staff at the reception are very helpful and attentive. The hotel is clean, the room size is sufficient. The breakfast is good. The only problem for me was the noise problem since the room was at the front, close to the road. Other than that, it's a hotel I can recommend.

Thank you so much for everything. The reception and other hotel staff were friendly and sincere. Our room was very large, spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Especially the honey and milk cream were very delicious. If I go again, my first choice will definitely be Hotel Gostaresh.

Hotel is located in central Tabriz near Metro station making it convenient to go around the city center. Hotel staffs are super friendly and helpful, especially Atila, he assisted me for all useful information to make my stay in Tabriz the most comfortable one. I really had a good time stay at this hotel during my Tabriz visit.

Renovated old hotel. Parking is next to hotel.Breakfast is very basic but acceptable. Located in a very crowded junction where noisy streets around could be unpleasant for some travelers. Totally it was a good experience. Staff are helpful.

This stay was my worst hotel stay. Didn't deserve it after 3 years of not travelling because of Corona pandemic. Except from the entrance, the hotel doesn't seem like fixing it after its opening! The hotel restroom ( restaurant level ) seemed like a public toilet in the middle of intercity roads! You couldn't even enter the WC because of the smell, let alone the out of order toilets. The rooms sheet didn't seem clean ( or they have been used for so many years which the colors were changed to yellow ), the shower broken ( and when we informed the lobby they didn't fix it after 6 hours we followed up!), the room service only made the bed, didn't change the sheet and left the same glasses which we used the other day and didn't even clean the table which had coke stain on it! The most funniest thing was what ever we asked from the lobby they would refer you to another dep of the hotel to follow up yourself ( like they left not enough towels for two people and we had to be investigated by the room service in order to get a towel!!) ON THE WHOLE IT WAS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Great hotel with big rooms , tidy and clean , the shower in the room was amazing, realy big-shower and a bath. We loved the breakfast too, we highly recomend it to everyone that is in tabriz. Also the view from the window was great in the morning and at night

It was a very nice experience, and I was satisfied with the breakfast. The weather was also great, and I was surprised that the hotel staff spoke fluent German. I think the price was reasonable. Everything was good, and I can recommend the hotel.

As a meeting group, we went to Tabriz Gostaresh Hotel with participants from Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir between July 24-29, when we arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff welcomed us very well, and we felt at home during our 4-day stay at the hotel. We would like to thank the hotel manager, Mrs. Negar, who helped us in every way, was patient and solution-oriented, and who provided us with all kinds of assistance and guided us very well, and her staff. I highly recommend this hotel, managed by Mrs. Negar, to those who go to Tabriz from Turkey.
