Nice location nearby convenience store, coffee shop, and restaurant. The Bay Hotel good value for money, and breakfast was fine with freshly cook egg upon order, the PHO noodles were simple but yummy. We will definitely come back again next time.

My family and I had a lovely experience staying at the hotel. The hotel's proximity to the airport made it an ideal choice for our trip. The on-site restaurant boasted a mouthwatering breakfast spread, featuring a mix of European and local dishes to cater to various tastes. The restaurant's kids' play area and the painting activity for older children were thoughtful touches that our family appreciated. Exploring the local area, we discovered some restaurants and shops nearby, which was a pleasant bonus. Our room was perfect for a family of four, with comfortable sleeping arrangements for our children. The outdoor pool area was a highlight, complete with a beautifully landscaped green zone. I would certainly recommend the hotel to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I am a K-pop idol concert promoter who travels around the world. I have stayed in many hotels and apartments and have flown more than 1,000 times. I have stayed in many accommodations, but this is the first time I have experienced such a nice accommodation. 1. I always need ice, so I checked if there was an ice tray, and this place already had a lot of ice prepared. I am amazed at their consideration. 2. Spoons, chopsticks, scissors, etc. are neatly organized. You can see the detailed consideration of the host when you see this. 3. There is a washing machine and dryer. 4. There is a clear TV and Netflix is ​​played. 5. There is an extra key that we always wanted. (2 card keys) 6. There are 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. It is surprising that there are 2 bathrooms at this price. 7. Shampoo, cleanser, liquid soap, 2 detergents in the sink, hair dryer, iron, microwave, coffee pot, electric rice cooker, etc. There is nothing that is not there. My house. 8. It is close to District 1, District 2, and District 7. 9. The dishwashing is clean. 10. The swimming pool and fitness center are basic~ I will book only this place when I come to Ho Chi Minh from now on.

Loved the services provided and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating! They even prepared a bouquet of roses and a bottle of red wine because my husband and I were celebrating an anniversary during the trip. I had a lovely time and the rooms and facilities seemed clean! However, on the last night before checking out, I had a glass of the wine with the glasses provided in the room and I had a major case of food poisoning (puking everything I ate, fever) which I’m still recovering from 2 days after returning home. Pretty sure that it was caused by either the wine or the wine glasses provided since my husband did not have any wine and he did not get any food poisoning. Thank goodness there’s a pharmacy nearby which helped me stopped puking long enough to take my flight back home. Disappointing and sour end to an otherwise lovely hotel :(

We stayed 3 nights in Roseland Centa hotel. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, extensive breakfast buffet, good location. The greatest brightness of this hotel is the reception staff. They shall do everything in their power to make the stay as pleasant as possible. For example, Long advised us to go to look at the firework from the roof of Roseland Sweet Hotel and reserved a VIP table, we asked 2 additional heads and were brought in an eye-spot, ... Special thanks to Long, Niran and Tai.

Softest bed in Vietnam. Great central location and the staff were great and most happy to assist. Pool was fantastic on the hot/humid days after exploring the city. Even dropped my wallet in the reception area and it was held safely behind the counter by staff for my return. Staff were fantastic about everything. Breakfast selection was broad and fresh. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again without a doubt.

Service from reception, restaurant, staff at main door was top notch. All were very helpful with our enquiries. The staff were very friendly too. Hotel looks grand . We were given a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment which had all the kitchen facilities. Unfortunately, we did not do any cooking as the food in HCM is heavenly.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. Their recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation were invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In conclusion, the Hilton Hotel Saigon exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon for business or leisure. first time booker to this hotel. its location is excellent. i can walk 10-20 min to many near by attractions. got a room on high floor. no balcony but has windows. nothing much to talk about the surrounding view. room/toilet/bath tub are all clean. They have connecting room type so if this is sth not in your favor; please request not to have it upfront. facility such as swimming pool and fitness room are fair. not their strong point. checkin staffs are fast with decent english. breakfast is great. i can have a choice of local fish noodle or western food...all of this positive comes with a price. this hotel (chain) is not cheap. overall is highly recommended
