"Perrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrfect. It was okay. Went by taxi but it was near airport. By option, we had beverages so it was nice. I didn't choose a hotel with breakfast option so food cost was increased though from restaurants. Reasonable price and cost effective. Shower room bath room was comparable to the price."

"Hotel is located right in the centre of HCMC district 1. We were happy to have a spacious room with clean sheets and towels. Breakfast is just basic but sufficient for us to start the day. We walked to the MRT, Ben Thanh market and joined the locals for morning exercise at the park right infront of the hotel. The staffs at counter could speak English and Mandarin well. They helped us to reserve a table for dinner, show us the boarding point for the sight seeing 'hop on and hop off' bus, which is only 3 minutes walk away. The door man borrowed us umbrella on a rainning day. We really enjoyed our stay at Saigonciti Hotel A. Good location, convinient, helpfull staffs and good value for money!"

"Very nice and clean hotel, brand new hotel built September 2025, the front desk staff specially Neil was incredible. Every morning he would welcome us and had ideas what we should visit for the day! His smile and friendliness made our stay memorable. The hotel has a lift, good blackout curtains, 5 min walk to family mart and to circle k. Close to party area (7-8 min walk) but not close enough so you won’t be disturbed by the loud music. There are many restaurants within 5 min walk. Hotel has a set of small stairs to get to the front desk to check in! Elevator after to go up! Hotel had 7 floors! Beds are medium firm and comfortable. Rooms are large and have bathtub. Some rooms do not have window but most rooms do have windows! Worth to book the premium rooms for a little extra. Wifi was good, room has safe and a fridge, make sure to plug it in! Good hot water but there is a switch needs to be turned on to have hot water located next to mirror! It is an energy saving switch. Good air conditioner"

"As someone who values convenience and the flexibility to return to the hotel throughout the day to freshen up, this place is perfect. We took Grab rides to various spots ranging from 350 m to 3 km, and the fare was only around 30 k–50 k VND (RM 5–8) during regular hours. It was easy to get a Grab since we were so central. There were also famous eateries open until the early hours of the morning, and a pho place right behind the hotel that opened as early as 7 a.m. It took us about 40 minutes on a weekday at 4:30 p.m. to reach the airport, mainly due to heavy traffic. As for the stay experience, it was top-notch from the front office to housekeeping. What I personally care about most, as someone with eczema, is good bedding and quality pillows, and they were wonderful. The shower had high water pressure too, which was a major plus. We were able to store our luggage after checking out, and it was nice to feel like we were genuinely taken care of, if you get what I mean. I do not think people should complain much about noise. If you are well-travelled, you would know that unless a hotel is newly built, there is only so much refurbishment can do to cushion the occasional sound from above. It is not paper-thin either, as I did not hear anything from next door. If there is one thing I wish, it would be to have some sort of sign or indication for hotel drop-off at the entrance. Perhaps we were unfamiliar, but most Grab drivers seemed hesitant to drop us on the left side, so we often had to cross the street to get on and off our rides. This was not an issue for more seasoned Grab drivers who already knew about the off-road pathway for left-side pickup and drop-off. We will be back! 😬😬😬 No need for photos because they look exactly the same as provided."

"We had a great stay at Le Vu. They don’t speak straight English but still service is soooo good. They change the towels and make up the room everyday. They also give bottled water everyday. The location is very accessible especially if you’re traveling to other places via bus, terminals are right outside. Banh Mi, Pho, coffee shops and ATMs are also just outside. It’s just an alley but not dirty. Value for money!"

"Disappointing Stay Despite Good Location I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Vietnam and unfortunately, my experience was not great. The hotel itself is quite old-fashioned, and while it had a window, it only looked out to the back of the building. The WiFi kept dropping frequently, which made it hard to stay connected. One of the most inconvenient things was having to climb two flights of stairs just to reach the elevator that serves floors 2 to 8. My room was on the 8th floor, so this got tiring quickly, especially after long days out. The staff were polite, but my biggest issue was that three of my personal items were stolen from my room. I had left them on the table to use when I got back—nothing valuable, just everyday things like my water bottle, hair product, and body wash—and they were gone when I returned. I reported this during check-out, and the front desk staff just said ”ok” with no apology or concern, which was disappointing. Yes, there is a sign suggesting guests put valuables in the safe, but these were not valuables—they were personal effects. Am I supposed to lock up my toiletries too? The one positive I’ll mention is that the location is very convenient—close to many restaurants and shops. But sadly, the lack of security and the dismissive response to my complaint really overshadowed that."

"Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was good. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Carry our luggages up and down the stairs at the entrance. The hotel is very close to Ben Tanh market and Malaysia street. Very accessible to Halal restaurants, which is very convenient. 100% would stay here again for my next visit. Totally recommended."

"Very good hotel. Close to the airport, 10 minutes on foot. The owner is very nice person. She made free upgrade. For those who need sleepover this is the perfect place. "

"Perfect stay in the Governor Suite with a complimentary baby cot and the sofa and chairs we made into a bed for our other two kids. Great value to create a family room like this with two rooms and no extra cost. We love the pool, al fresco breakfast and perfect location. Not to mention having a cocktail on the famous roof terrace before putting the kids to bed."

"It’s very near to bui vien walking street by walking distance only, come with a lot eaters around and bus station to go other states of Vietnam. Too bad that I’m not going anywhere but it’s good to know the gem of the area where night life just behind the hotel and its doesn’t make noise during our sleep."
