"The room was clean and tidy, and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—so I slept very comfortably. Both check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host was very responsive. There's a supermarket right downstairs, which makes daily life super convenient. The location is great, and being on a high floor, you get a fantastic view of the city lights at night. During the day, the room is bright and gets plenty of sunshine. The air conditioning cools down quickly, so even on hot days, it's not a problem."

"Checked into the hotel close to midnight and got the keys promptly. The room is nicely decorated, a little small but clean. It's a basic hotel perfect for travellers who just want to transit in the city, or prefer proximity to the airport. They provide free shuttle services to the airport too! Will come back."

"it was an amazing stay!!! i would come back again - room was clean and modern, spacious - toilet had a bidet - shower area was spacious - fresh towels and room cleaned daily loved that - water cooler on level “M” - breakfast spread was decent alright - free self service laundry!!! - great location amazing service and great amenities - pool, sauna - great cafe downstairs some little mishaps - room door had to be pushed forcibly to shut it - walls r quite thin so i could hear others talking from in the room the opposite room but its a minor issue because everything else in the hotel made the stay an amazing one"

"Overall it’s good. But I hope that the hotel can improve better in terms of have the USB Ports on the 2 sides of the bed for charging of mobile phones and have universal power sockets too. And having an added study table will also be good since there is additional space in the room. Also, the shower handle is kind of short. I’m standing at 1.79m and when using the shower handle to wash my head and upper body, I have to bent down a little bit."

"Great spot for remote working. As someone who works while traveling, I found this apartment ideal. The desk setup was simple but effective. Wi-Fi never dropped, even during Zoom meetings. It was quiet and had blackout curtains, which helped with focus and sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked, and I appreciated the host’s tips on where to find groceries. I went out for pho every morning and returned to a peaceful space. The host also allowed me to check out late, which helped with my evening flight. You could easily live here for a month or longer."

"We enjoyed our stay, room size is a bit small but i liked the ambiance, we booked 2 bedrooms and my kids room is better ours and a bit bigger, they are same price. Sending my gratitude as they considered my husband to stay for a few hours while waiting for his flight at midnight as me and my kids will stay a couple days more. we enjoyed the Jacuzzi, swimming pool water temperature is a bit cold for me, the gym is great and i loved the buffet breakfast! Great location close to everywhere ."

"Very nice and zen hotel. The front desk and bellmen are hospitable. The room is fully equiped but its not sound proof. I can hear very well other rooms open and close the door, just like next to the ears. The AC just too noisy, very disturbing. I cant sleep."

"What I Liked: Exceptional Service The staff responded immediately when I raised an issue with my original room and upgraded me without hesitation. This was a huge relief since I arrived past 7 PM after a long flight and was extremely tired. They also accommodated my mobility concerns by allowing me to use the staff elevator from the ground floor—something I truly appreciated. Prime Location The hotel is just a short walk from the famous Ben Thanh Market, surrounded by plenty of shops and dining options. If you don’t mind a lively, bustling area, this is an excellent spot to stay. Upgraded Room The upgraded room exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel—spacious, with strong water pressure and multiple showerhead options. While there’s no bathtub, I rarely use one, so it wasn’t an issue. The room itself was much larger than expected, with large windows and surprisingly quiet despite being near a busy street. Additional perks I loved: Netflix-ready TV (with an account already logged in) Comfortable bed with quality linens and pillows Breakfast For the price, the breakfast selection was reasonable and satisfying. What Could Be Improved: Mobility Access Accessibility can be challenging as the main entrance and breakfast area both require stairs. An alternative solution for guests with mobility issues would be a great improvement. Amenities There’s no pool or gym, so if those are essential for your stay, this might not be the best fit. Personally, this wasn’t an issue since I only stayed overnight. Original Room Condition The first room I checked into needed better maintenance, particularly the air conditioning. Since the room had no windows, it felt hot and humid. Considering I arrived late, there should have been enough time to ensure everything was in proper working order. Overall, despite a few areas for improvement such as accessibility and amenities, the excellent service, prime location, spacious upgraded room, and reasonable breakfast make this hotel a solid choice. I would still recommend it for a comfortable stay, especially if you value convenience and attentive staff which is a very important factor to me as it can make or break the whole stay experience."
