It has great view of Landmark and very easy access to grocery and FamilyMart right in front of the condo. Literally walking distance to Landmark shopping mall. The condo has washing machine, fridge, kitchen but no microwave. I don’t trust their cups, utensils and pots so we don’t use it. The floor unfortunately is very slippery. Idk why but I have to wear slipper once I touchdown into the house. Toilet is very dull and need deep cleaning. However, service is good. Need to use WhatsApp to communicate and they will arrange ppl to clean etc..

The location is good, there is a shopping mall nearby, many different cafes, we were registered while we were driving from the airport, we arrived and took our cards from the locker. The room was spacious, there was everything you needed, the mattress was solid, the pillows too, it was not comfortable to sleep. The service is good, always in touch, they respond quickly. There is an ATM at the bottom, it is very convenient to withdraw cash.

The landlord is very nice. He informed me of the check-in guide in advance, and it was easy to find my room.
The room is clean, spacious, bright and well-equipped.
The balcony faces the main road, and you can feel the rush hour of Ho Chi Minh City.
Because it faces the main road, the room is not absolutely quiet. The balcony door has a little sound insulation effect. For people like me who hang out during the day and are very tired at night, these noises have little impact... But if you are very sensitive to noise, it is best to communicate with the landlord in advance and change to a room facing a different direction.
There is a garden and a free swimming pool on the 8th floor, where adults and children can swim...
The apartment is convenient for shopping, with two large shopping malls and a cafe about a kilometer away... It is also only about 2 kilometers away from the Convention and Exhibition Center.

I recently stayed at Signature by M Village Le Thanh Ton, and it was an absolutely 5-star experience from start to finish. This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations in every way!
Location: The hotel is ideally located in District 1, making it easy to explore Ho Chi Minh City’s best attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. Despite being in a lively area, the hotel itself is a peaceful retreat—a perfect balance of convenience and relaxation.
Rooms & Amenities: My room was beautifully designed with a modern, minimalist aesthetic that felt both stylish and comfortable. The attention to detail in the décor, from the high-quality linens to the smart layout, made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. I especially loved the spacious bathroom, strong water pressure in the shower, and the ultra-comfortable bed.
Service: The staff was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel genuinely welcomed. Their recommendations for local dining and sightseeing were spot-on!
Overall Experience: This hotel is a hidden gem in Ho Chi Minh City! Whether you’re a solo traveler, couple, or on a business trip, Signature by M Village Le Thanh Ton offers a stylish, comfortable, and premium stay at great value. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The overall interior design of the hotel is quite unique and trendy—I was drawn in by this modern style, which led me to book a stay here.
Right after we got out of the car, hotel staff came over to carry our luggage up to the lobby (which requires climbing a full flight of stairs). Check-in didn’t involve waiting at the front desk; instead, we were invited to relax in the lounge with welcome snacks and tea, while a staff member came to confirm our booking details and personally escorted us to our room.
The room wasn’t large, but it was clean and tidy. Drinks in the minibar were complimentary, and we could request more bottled water at no extra charge. The bed was comfortably firm, and there was a cozy lounge sofa by the window. The toilet and shower were in separate areas, and the bathroom featured a massage bathtub.
From 2:00 to 3:30 PM, afternoon tea was served buffet-style at the rooftop restaurant on the 12th floor, offering light snacks, fruits, and beverages. The restaurant’s design was even more eye-catching—it felt like stepping into a futuristic space capsule. Everything had been going wonderfully… until 8 AM the next morning, when I was jolted awake by loud banging from above.
My room was on the 10th floor, directly below the gym. I started hearing heavy objects hitting the floor and people running—it felt like there was construction going on upstairs. The vibration and impact noises were mentally draining.
Even when we first entered the room, I noticed the soundproofing wasn’t great—noises from the hallway were very loud. But since hallway traffic was minimal and neighboring rooms were quiet, I thought it would be fine. However, the level of impact noise from upstairs was simply intolerable. If you’re going to place noisy facilities above guest rooms, shouldn’t proper soundproofing be in place? I’m pretty sure I’m not the first person to have experienced this issue. Shouldn’t rooms with unresolved noise problems be removed from sale until they’re fixed? For a room that costs 3.6 million VND per night, dealing with this level of noise is just unacceptable.
We reported it to the front desk, and they said we could change rooms—but only after a new one was cleaned and ready, around 2 PM. They told us to pack our bags and leave them in the room; they would help move them to the new room for us.
At 2 PM, we were finally moved to a room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, maybe due to the rushed cleaning, there was a used towel hanging on the bathroom door, and when we turned on the massage jets in the tub, dirty water came out. At that point, I didn’t even feel like complaining anymore. Also, being on a lower floor meant we could hear more traffic noise from the street outside—it was still better than the thumping from above, but nonetheless, it was noisy.
The hotel did give us a handwritten apology card and some chocolates. But I noticed other guests received the same, so it seemed more like a standard welcome gift rather than a sincere apology.
When we checked out, perhaps to make up for the inconvenience, they offered us a free ride to the airport. The car was quite old and looked like it might break down at any moment, but we made it there safely, and I appreciated saving some transportation costs.
Overall, the location of the hotel is excellent. Step out the back door and you’ll find many fruit vendors, and right around the corner is a jewelry shop that’s highly recommended for currency exchange. Across the street is Ben Thanh Market and the metro station entrance. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and both breakfast and afternoon tea were decent. However, the poor soundproofing and average facilities were disappointing. To access the pool, you have to walk through the restaurant, and the pool itself is tiny—not exactly inviting. The steam room and sauna also seemed unused. For this price, there are probably better options available.

The hotel is not in the very touristy part of Ho Chi Minh City but I usually took Grab so it is not a problem. The room is clean and the staff is nice too.
You can contact the staff via WhatsApp and they response fast. Since it is a short stay, I didn’t enjoy other facilities here.

Great service and friendly staff. At the time of booking, I wasn’t aware that I had an executive floor room which the check in agent informed me includes breakfast and access to the lounge. That was a pleasant surprise as the breakfast was quite extensive with great coffees made to order from the coffee cart.
The hotel is centrally located and as I like walking, I was able to reach the Norte Dane, mall and opera house on foot in fact, I walked to the bitexco tower as well. Going the other direction, I walked to the zoo and next door museum too.
The room amenities were great with tea, water and coffee. Spa toiletries included body lotion.
I believe a highlands coffee shop is being renovated on the lobby floor and there is a restaurant and bar.
Overall I thought this was a great choice at this price point and would recommend.

GGuest UserDo not book family room! I’m traveling with two children so I booked a family room at significantly higher price. The hotel reception acknowledged that the room I booked was a family room and collected extra charge for my older boy. However, the room is obviously a much smaller twin room, it only had two small chairs and a tiny table, and looks exactly like the Deluxe room on their website. What got us so upset was that the reception kept insisting that this room is indeed the family room, instead of acknowledging that they overbooked themselves. It was only after one hour that they relented to let us speak to the hotel manager on the phone and he gave us an extra bed and waived off the extra child charge as compensation.
On the plus side, we appreciate Trip’s service recovery and the manager’s efforts to seek us out to explain the next day. The breakfast and afternoon tea were fantastic and the restaurant service staff were all warm and eager to help.
Wwalaiporn bualuangGood location, room very clean, room decoration very nice, i love it. and provided fruits, when i get in i very enjoyed.
but i didn't try the breakfast as i woke up late, so pity if have chance next time i must try it.
and receptionist was very friendly too.

HHann Lin, TanM Studio Hotel is strategically located within District 1, within walking distance to most of the area. All the hotel staff (be it Receptionist, Bellboy, Housekeeping, Waiters, etc) encountered are polite and professional. Room is clean and well maint. Well and wide spread of Breakfast buffet and I was looking forward to it every morning! They do serve nice Vietnam coffee there.
Read about the noise from the pubs nearby and I was prepared for it. However, I wasn't expecting the fact that I could hear the conversation from my next door. Not too sure if the walls are all made of partitions without any sound proofing done, but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider your selection.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, the place has an amazing location and the rooms were clean and lovely. Staff were also friendly and helpful.
However it's not without faults. The airconditioning in the room takes very long to cool. The maintenance guys came over to check but the issue persisted. Decided not to switch room as I was already halfway into my trip.
Also, there's a hidden fee of 700k VND if you have visitors to your room past 10pm, regardless of whether or not your room was equipped for more. I booked the deluxe room so everything already came in pairs and I was using two sets everyday. However when my friend came over for the night I was charged extra even though I did not request for extra amenities nor breakfast. It feels like such a low ball policy to squeeze some extra cash out of you. First time I ever encountered such a situation. Usually you only get charged more if you request for an extra set of toiletries or breakfast ticket. This interaction left an unpleasant taste in my mouth.

AAnonymous Userne of my favourite hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The service provided by all the staff was outstanding—everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of.
The hotel itself is very conveniently located. It’s within walking distance of many popular tourist attractions, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Whether you’re heading to Ben Thanh Market, the War Remnants Museum, or just strolling around the city center, everything is easily accessible without the need for a taxi or Grab.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning—it offered a good variety of both local and international options, all fresh and delicious.
What stood out the most to me was the level of care and hospitality shown by the staff. It made a big difference and contributed to a truly enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City and look forward to staying here again in the future.
AAveryWe stayed on the 37th floor and the view was amazing – you could see the river, the metro line and the main road. There’s a 24/7 supermarket right downstairs with lots of food and drinks to choose from. Check-in was simple and super convenient, and Ngoc was quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Parking was also pretty affordable. Our whole family had a great time and it was really a memorable experince.

CCassie GeriLonger review to explain our experience. It is not 4 stars. Maybe 20/30 years ago it was but not now.
We paid about $200 for one night, for a river view club room with afternoon and nightly candles cocktails and club room access, 3pm late checkout and 15% off airport transport.
When we arrived they would not tell us how much airport transport would be for leaving the next day. Just that it was expensive and we should get a cab instead. That was a little disappointing, we should have pushed for the price but we were tired from our flight and hungry.
The room we were put in was grubby and had a bad smell and NO river view. We called reception to mention we had booked the river view. They moved us down and across the hall. The new room had a nice view, had clearly being prepared for guests with brochures and pamphlets. No smell and had been recently cleaned. It felt like they were just trying to see if they could get away with giving us the bad room instead of the one we had booked. I've added pictures of the view from both rooms.
After moving we went to afternoon tea which was really nice. Although our room move meant we had to wait because no one had shared the records of our room switch which was kind of awkward. Once we got to it the food was nice and filling (see food pictures) The bathrooms in that lounge were out of hand soap.
We went back to the room. Had a shower but the shower/bath drains onto the floor so a large unsafe pool of water Is right under your feet as you step out of the tub.
Went out for the canapès. That was disappointing. We got there at 6:20pm. Everything had gone cold except the fried rice. There were no cocktails, just bottles of whisky and rum and you could take a can of coke, sprite, or tonic water to mix yourself. Luckily we were still full from the afternoon tea.
We went out nearby and came back to find the street party next to the hotel was still raging and although the people mostly went home, the music players kept going until about 1am. That was awful and I'd recommend not staying on the river side if you're staying Friday to Sundays and want to get up early.
Next morning we went to breakfast, it was a very small selection. We got a bread roll that was hard as a rock. Nothing was very fresh. It was disappointing. Also can only get black coffee or machine coffee.
We went out for the day and came back to pack at 2:30 for our flight and the safe had stopped working. Could not even type in the PIN. This was nervwracking as it was our last day and passports were in there. It took 4 calls to reception and 1 hour for them to send someone to fix it. Batteries had run out. These things happen but maybe there should be a schedule for changing these things or at least a swift response when someone is trying to check out and cannot open it. When the safe technician did show up he was great and very personable.
Once I got our passports we checked out and they stored our bags safely in the luggage room for us until we got our cab.
On the other amenities; the gym seemed good snd had indoor and outdoor terrace with more weights. The doormen in lobby are cheerful. The pool was very basic, I think it looks better in the pictures. The lobby bar is expensive. The lobby is pretty but smells like it was mopped with dirty water sometimes which is unpleasant.
Overall it was a bit of a letdown. I'd give it 3 stars, it would be 2 if we had stayed in our first room. We would return to the area but try a different hotel.

Sseaz87I deducted a star for cleanliness cause for 2 consecutive nights around midnight, seems like it's somewhat centralised aircon/toilet air duct where it will blow cigarette air from my lovely neighbour who wishes me to pass on earlier than them. I assumed they may be smoking in the toilet, and somehow the smoke detector did not go off. Please help to improve on the smoke detector to detect such inconsiderate rubbish people. Otherwise, customer service, facilities, cleanliness are all there. It's a pretty good location with ~10 minutes walk to vincom center etc.
EE. Ch.I stayed 3 nights at the Ramana Saigon hotel.
Good location with easy walks through that part of the city if you do not mind pollution and a lot of traffic (mostly motorbikes). I loved discovering the city with its hectic and very lively environment. The hotel is next to district one. The railway station is a 10 to 15 minutes walk away. Plenty of eateries around and convenience shops next to the hotel.
The staff at the reception were very welcoming and helpful. True professionals. That was also the case of security and those in charge of the rooms. I mentioned a very noisy service door next to my room and the issue was fixed immediately.
Now I was not too impressed by the service and the attention at the restaurant during breakfast. Too busy with the many tour groups keeping the restaurant fully busy (and noisy) from 6 AM to 9 AM (seating: almost 300 people) then a bit quieter until closing time at 9:30 AM. Today I ate breakfast a bit later than usual at 8:45 and noticed that tables were not cleaned after guests left. Items were removed but nothing more resulting in empty tables with dirty table sets and no more forks, knives, etc... The food at the restaurant is for the masses. No real options for people with diabetes for example as pretty much all items are on the sweet or very sweet side. Including cooked vegetables (sugar and fat). 3 different salads to choose from but no simple dressing with just vinegar and oil. They care for the many Indian guests with a few vegetarian options but ... I tried and ... my glucometer did not appreciate and hit the red zone :(
The rooms are old fashioned but nice and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. Not hard as is rather usual in Asia. The noise insulation is on the poor side. The air conditioning system is rather loud. There is a well sized fridge in the room and plenty of space :)
The swimming pool on the 5th floor (outdoor) is small but nice and there are a few lounge chairs to relax. It was not busy when I was there in the early afternoon but I guess I was lucky ;-)
The guests at the hotel are overwhelmingly tourists traveling in big groups. Mainly Indians and Chinese but also some Westerners.
Bottom line: I enjoyed my stay at the Ramana and I understand that the mass tourism supports their business which, to me, comes with some disadvantages: overcrowded restaurant for breakfast, very loud and noisy guests at times ... and the flow of such guests is quite constant during the day (departures crossing arrivals).
