Guam Hotels with Pools

Hardware Facilities: The room was indeed newly renovated, but it was very small, especially the bathroom, which was extremely tiny. The shower, toilet, and sink were all crammed together, making it impossible for two people to move around simultaneously. The shower was inside the bathtub, and getting in and out of the tub was very slippery. The sea-view balcony was also very narrow, barely fitting a person. The air conditioning dripped water when set to a lower temperature. The bath towels were dirty and stiff. The pool was small, the beach was narrow, and there was nothing interesting to see while snorkeling in the sea in front of the hotel; it was quite barren. The price was not much different from the Hyatt next door, but the Hyatt's rooms are much larger, and their toilet, shower, and bathtub are all separate. Service: The customer service was terrible. Even with a platinum card, after booking a sea-view room, there was no upgrade. The customer service representative claimed that upgrades to sea-view rooms are only given if you book a standard room, implying that if you pay for a sea-view room, you don't deserve any upgrades. In short, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, frequently checking in with us throughout our stay, which made us feel very comfortable and at ease. The hotel itself had a calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Its convenient location was a huge plus, offering easy access to lively areas for sightseeing and shopping. Having a bus stop nearby also made public transportation very accessible. Overall, considering the excellent staff, prime location, and ease of access, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely want to return.

I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

Originally to play golf, but unfortunately the season is not always rain, you can try driving range. Affected by the three-year epidemic, there are some tropical signs on the surface of the resort facilities. It is estimated that the labor cost is too expensive and the short-term power outage can be encountered, but the facilities in the house are still good, except for the wonderful shower. The service staff is very good and often vvvip treatment. I wish you normal as soon as possible!

Location: Close to the airport, within walking distance of Ipao Beach (though the surrounding area lacks security and safe road maintenance). A car is recommended. It's not easy to coordinate with the operating hours and methods of convenience stores or nearby retail establishments. Room Conditions: Equipped with facilities worthy of a 3-star business hotel, the hotel offers efficient accommodations. The rooms are comfortable and safe (with network access) compared to the familiar hotel facilities. The hotel also offers the latest trendy video equipment (global content for all ages). The receptionist's prompt check-in and personalized service will help ease any awkwardness upon arrival. ☀️ Above all, Guam’s signature wide-open skies and warm sunshine let you truly soak in the feeling of solarity. When I had the chance to ride along Tumon Beach and visit with a small group, I found even more joy by making use of the main facilities like the BBQ area, outdoor pool, and fitness center. There was so much to enjoy—and even more to look forward to!

I stayed here during my trip to Guam. It's relatively close to the airport, and being a little further from the bustling center of Tumon, it offered a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The ocean view from the infinity pool was particularly stunning, really enhancing that resort vibe. The entire hotel felt clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay overall. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy a quiet, relaxing resort experience.

I was worried after reading reviews about the old facilities, but I was completely satisfied. I went to the supermarket to buy cheap meat and cooked it myself. The room was spacious, with two bathrooms, a dining table on the left and right, and a large refrigerator. I was very satisfied with the price. There was a large pool in the yard behind the front desk, and I had a great time playing underwater basketball. The air conditioning was quite loud, so it might be a bit annoying for those with sensitive skin. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

The facilities were quite dated but room was clean. I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it.

the location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy. the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype. The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub. We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation. Thank you Hilton Guam, till next time!

Good location, only 26🔪 taxi from the airport, free WIFI is not good, intermittent, thin quilt, no toothbrush, kettle, microwave, hair dryer. Front desk staff, good service attitude. Opposite is the police station. Downstairs is ABC supermarket, very close to DSF duty-free shop. The price is also relatively affordable. When coming to Guam, it is better to rent a car at the airport. The bus in the city is not convenient, and there is no bus at many attractions.
