Hotels with Parking in Guam

Hotel Nikko, an old brand and a time-honored establishment. It has a certain brand quality, but due to the epidemic and the surge in inflation costs, it is understandable that it is difficult to maintain a certain quality. Let me emphasize again that Japan Airlines has quality assurance. The location of the hotel is really good. Looking at the blue sea, tropical islands, coconut trees and the beautiful sunset, I will definitely thank Japan Airlines for bringing me and my family beautiful memories.

The location was good. But the amenities not as i expected.

We stayed here on a family trip. The breakfast was very plentiful and good! There were a lot of Korean people, so there was a lot of Korean food and it was delicious. The noodles changed every day and were delicious. We were also able to use the Dusit pool, so the kids had fun on the warslide all day. The staff were all kind and friendly. It was a good hotel. The sunset was beautiful.

The hotel was good and location is perfect. Breakfast very good and other meals are ok. Staff were helpful and kind. The only real problem for our family is that the kids club can not be used if not previously booked (and with extra charge), we didn’t know that so when we tried to book it was already full for all 3 days we were there. My kid was really upset every time she saw the club asking to go there but not allowed.

Only 2 bottles of water were provided for a 4-night stay, which was a bit too little. Fortunately, there was an ice machine to provide ice cubes. I found out on the morning of the cheek out that my luggage cover (transparent plastic) was taken away as garbage. There are many parking spaces in the parking lot. It is convenient to play in the water on the beach. You can play in the water by walking to the alley opposite.

The hotel location (pool and Tumon Beach right next to it, walking distance to the small downtown area with restaurants in front of the hotel) is good, I always see the pool water quality management once a day, the staff is friendly But the breakfast is not so good.. I did it because it was more delicious than other places.. It was disappointing. And every time I had breakfast, the coffee staff or some female staff members were not so good ~~ ! There are lifeguards at the pool and they are all friendly. They cleaned it every day during my 4-night stay and gave me more towels if I asked for them. I forgot to tip one day, but they cleaned it well. Korean staff members are always there. Washer and dryer cost $4 each. I thought I wouldn't have to do laundry, but I used it because my wet clothes didn't dry well. The fabric didn't get damaged and it was okay. They give you a tumbler instead of disposable ones, but it breaks right away if you drop it.

My husband and I chose Tsubaki Tower for our first trip! We didn't have any particular plans and just wanted to relax and unwind, so we chose a room with access to the lounge. We took a flight that departed late at night and arrived early in the morning, but they were able to look after our carry-on suitcases before we checked in. We were tired so we asked if we could check in early, and were told that if we checked in early (6-9am), we would have to pay the full price for one night, if we checked in between 10-12pm, we would have to pay 50%, and if we checked in between 1pm-3pm, we would have to pay 30%. We gave up on checking in early to save money, but since the first shuttle bus leaves after 9am, next time we might want to change our flight or check in earlier. By the way, at around 7:30, the shops that serve breakfast open, but I couldn't stay long, so I went to see the ocean and go to ABC Store to kill time lol, just for reference, Tsubaki Tower was luxurious from the lobby, but the room was also luxurious and I was very satisfied. My name was displayed on the TV, so it felt special. The location from the balcony was amazing and the view was mesmerizing! The pool and lounge were also great! There was no makeup remover, and the face wash was a type that could be used as a hand soap. It was a bit disappointing that there was no lotion either, but I was happy that there was a bathtub and that the toilet paper was flushable! The service was good, and I thought that I could only use the lounge once a day, but it seems that I can use it as many times as I want. There was breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail time, and all drinks and alcohol were all-you-can-drink! Cocktail time is a buffet with all-you-can-eat snacks, so it was a good deal as I didn't have to go out to eat. However, I found out about this halfway through, so I was a little disappointed that I didn't want to use it from the first day. It would have been nice if they had told me more about it when I checked in. Even with the disappointing points, it was still a great hotel and I have memories of it! I look forward to coming back again, working hard every day and hoping for the yen to appreciate! Thank you for your hospitality!

There is no early move-in room rate discount anymore! Because I was on a red-eye flight, I asked at the counter about the early check-in fee. No matter if it was 4 a.m., 6 a.m., or 8 a.m.... it was all the same as the original price for one night, without any discount. (Before the epidemic, we offered early check-in discounts) The counter staff will not stop customers who jump in line at all, and will ignore customers who are waiting in line obediently. (Even the Starbucks clerk here 😊) In addition, when asking about early check-in, the counter asked us to provide information and credit card pre-authorization (no deduction). However, when we checked in at 3 pm, we still had to provide another credit card pre-authorization (no deduction), which was a bit uncomfortable. good. The room is large, the bed and pillows are soft, and the cleanliness needs to be improved! There were obvious hairs on the bed and a lot of dust. The window of the non-sea view room faces the parking lot, but you can see a little of the seaside when you step out of the balcony. There are 3 bottles of PET bottle mineral water provided in the room (for 2 people). If you stay in a row, only 3 bottles will be kept. It is recommended to take away the unfinished drinks. The TV is not a smart TV, and the remote control has no option to connect to the Internet. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, but even if the door is closed tightly, it will still leak (seems this is the case in hotels in Guam? The wet and dry separation in the Lotte Hotel is also tightly closed and water will leak) Because the hotel has a patio layout, the sound insulation is very poor! If you live on a high floor, you can hear the shouts of children on the first floor, and there are no earplugs in the room or provided at the front desk.

Immediately greeted by staff upon entry. We were quickly informed of the IHG free membership and given our room cards. We were then kindly directed by staff to the elevator. Elevator controls are on the outside of each floor so you need to keep in mind if chosen wrong floor by accident. We had selected the Premium King bedroom with ocean view on the 4th floor. View is nice but would recommend higher floor if you’d like to take pictures of the scenery better. Big Samsung 55 inch wall mounted TV. The TV had options for shoes, hotel information etc. I was hoping to use my Roku to stream but I could not access the HDMI port behind the TV. Free high speed wifi was very convenient. No Password so easy to use. The room itself was great! Many USB and power ports both near bed and desks. You’ll also be pleased with how many light options there are for this room. Great to choose the perfect ambience you want. Very clean and plentiful freebies within. The Robes were high quality and very comfortable. Aircon controls were easy and very good. Bathroom was immaculate with cold and hot water with many small and large towels. We had ordered room service and were amazed by the quality of the food. Staff called a few times to confirm the contents of our order when prepping. We were told 45-1hr but food came well within 30 min from kind staff. I was keen to see the gym amenities. You need your card to access the room in 1st floor. The gym is small and mainly has cardio machines, dumbbells and 1 master tower band weight machine. All you need for a full workout but may be inconvenient if there are multiple guests wanting to use the room. An extended gym with more equipment would be my biggest recommendation. Overall we were very happy with our stay! I would visit again in the future for sure. Highly recommend the new Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Answering phone services is bad. Lost item they didn't even check it right cus I remember when we check out room I know what I put the item they told me they didn't find anything. And my medication too. Very dispoint. I even told them I go and check they check they all ready check so nothing! That what they told me room was even no guest yet .
