QianqianNestled on Koh Samet, an island with very basic amenities, Paradee truly stands out. It boasts its own secluded beach, far from the main street (a one-way taxi ride to the main street costs 450 baht and takes about 25 minutes). With stunning beachfront views and fine white sand, it's the perfect escape for a peaceful vacation after a busy period. The rooms have a very Thai-style decor; while not new or ultra-modern, the cleanliness and attention to detail are quite good. Breakfast is a buffet combined with à la carte options – though not extensive, the food is delicious! There's complimentary afternoon tea daily, with drinks and small snacks served per person. The hotel restaurant's food is excellent; the seafood fried rice, burgers, and banana pancakes we ordered were all very tasty! The staff here are incredibly professional! Every employee greets you with a friendly smile, and they're especially kind to children. The private pier transfer adds to the overall emotional value. I highly recommend that every visitor to Koh Samet dedicate two or three days to unwind and relax at Paradee.

Mr MokThe hotel's breakfast was delicious. The view was pleasant. All staff were happy to serve and assist, very friendly and responsible. The sea-view rooms offered sunrise views, and there was even a fire dance performance on Saturday evenings.

Marc.1Our stay was enjoyable. The beach is conveniently located just across the street, and there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. The property also offers a small convenience store and an onsite restaurant, which added to the overall convenience. The location of the hotel was ok, Most of the restaurants, shops and services were a 8-9 minute walk.
The room was decent, though somewhat small. I was not particularly fond of the door design, the automatic door closer made it difficult to enter and exit without fully opening the door outward or opening it wide enough and quickly getting in or out. However, I did appreciate the thoughtful “beach” amenities provided, such as slippers, bags, and beach towels. As well as the amenities. We rented a bike through them and the one day trip to the multiple islands which was an absolutely amazing experience and I highly recommend.
Breakfast options were limited, but considering the size of the property, it was reasonable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

PinkiispI stayed in a sea-view room and the atmosphere was fantastic. Waking up to the ocean view was amazing. I really liked how quiet the resort was, perfect for a true getaway.
The buffet breakfast was included, and the food was decent with a good variety of options. Eating while enjoying the sea view was a definite plus.
My favorite part was definitely the swimming pool. The view was stunning, and I could just relax by the pool all day. It was so chill, and every photo I took there turned out beautifully.
The resort also has a cafe. The drink prices weren't too high, starting at less than 100 baht, which was great value.
Overall, I was very impressed with the atmosphere, the views, and the comfort. If I get the chance to visit Koh Samet again, I would definitely come back to stay here.

Even though Koh Samet isn't a very large island, after exploring a bit, my favorite spot was definitely the beach right in front of the hotel. The waves were gentle, the sand was clean, and it wasn't as crowded as Diamond Beach. While it's about 2.5 kilometers from the main street, the hotel front desk can arrange scooter rentals or help you call a songthaew for 200 THB one way. There's also a small pier directly in front of the hotel, so you can take a speedboat straight from Ban Phe Pier to the hotel for 300 THB one way. If you plan to use this service for a round trip, it's best to confirm the times with the hotel in advance. The hotel's breakfast selection was really limited, but honestly, that's pretty standard for the entire island. My family of three had a perfect 5-day stay here, and my child absolutely loved it. All the staff at the resort were very nice, especially the young man at the front desk who provided excellent service.

We booked a two-bedroom bungalow for a family of two adults and two children. It's very comfortable, cleaned daily, and has good breakfasts. The sea and private beach are pristine. We stayed there for four nights and then headed to Pattaya. Samet and the Cliff Resort are definitely much better. But not for those looking for a party.
If you're looking for relaxation, clean sea, and peace, it's fine. If you're looking for clubs and nightlife, it's not.

The front desk was unstaffed at night, requiring a phone call to get assistance, which was inconvenient as we didn't have a local SIM card. Breakfast was quite mediocre, and the hotel's appearance didn't quite live up to the polished photos. Our room had only a small window, making it a bit dim with no view. The location was decent though, very close to the beach. The family room was fairly spacious, and we could push the beds together, which was enough for our group of three adults and two children. We booked primarily for the pool, but it turned out to be quite small, only suitable for kids to splash around in. Housekeeping staff were friendly; they'd fold towels into animal shapes if tipped. The shower pressure and overhead shower were much better than in other hotels we've stayed at. What's more, our 10-year-old wasn't charged for breakfast, whereas other hotels charged for the child in a 2-adult, 1-child booking.

The accommodation was quiet and had a great atmosphere. All the staff were lovely. When there was an issue with the room, they immediately changed it for us. Very impressed! 🥰

The hotel room was decent. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but you can still find restaurants nearby for meals. However, reaching the island's main center definitely requires a car.

The staff provided excellent service. You can easily walk here from the pier. It's also not far from Sai Kaew Beach, about 1 kilometer away.
You can't swim right in front of the accommodation, but nearby there's Ao Luk Yon, which isn't too crowded, so you can swim there.
The restaurant at the accommodation serves delicious food and isn't expensive. They offer both à la carte dishes and larger sharing plates.
My only regret is that the pool closes a bit early, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
The breakfast restaurant is also only open for 2 hours, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, so you have to wake up early to catch it.
I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
