The room is quite spacious (compared to other Japanese hotels), and the sea view from the high floor is quite wide. I took a nice photo of the sunset. It is very close to the exhibition hall and the seaside Makuhari Station, and can be reached on foot. The breakfast is quite rich. The overall experience is quite good

The hotel had electricity shut-down on my checkout day - the staff helped to carry my luggage down to level one by stairs! Really grateful for that action :)
Highly recommended - cheaper accomodation rates compared to Tokyo, but still fast and convenient to get into Tokyo by JR.

Ffun tingNo flexibility of check in. But because hubby not feeling good, we pay ¥4000 when check in early at 11am.
Location is convenient. Sheltered from train station to hotel
Housekeeping did not wash our dirty cups. Only give us 1 big towel and 1 bath towel. I shared the towels with my husband. We have 2 people in room. Why only 1 towel.
Front desk is kind enough to pass me the fever pad. Told them my hubby got fever and headache. She pass the fever pad. Thank you to front desk

PPWe booked the hotel at the last minute through Trip.com. It was advertised as a last room available and a smoker’s room so our expectations were tentative. We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the facility. It is very conveniently located an easy 4 minute walk from the Hakimmakuhari railway station station. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity. The Hareda and Narita AirPort Express bus also stops at this hotel. The room was clean with no smoker’s smell and all the comforts available for travellers. Breakfast and lunch is available at the hotel cafe. The food and service is very good. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and nothing was too much for them. Ueda-san deserves special mention. The hotel is located within the Makuhari Residential Park and the parklands are pleasant to walk around. Makuhari beach is a 10-15 walk from the hotel, as is the Zozo Marine baseball park. Highly recommended.

AAlbert JrLocation is good in that it's right next to the Don Quiote and the surrounding area is quite relaxing. It's a comfortable 15min walk to Chiba Station. The hotel has its own ”onzen” which I quite unique to have for a city hotel, so thats a nice feature. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The only thing was that road noise was quite audible at times, but luckily it wasn't that frequent when train or passing cars in the area would cause any annoyance

BBerickThe hotel is in a great location and is convenient for shopping at the beachfront Makuhari outlet. The room was average, the pillows were too flat and uncomfortable. The parking lot can only park vehicles with a height of less than 157cm. The nearby convenience store has a limited variety of products.

敵敵機純達人The hotel is just a 5-minute walk next to Soga Station. Parking is available next to the hotel for 1,500 yen per night. The self-service check-in is very convenient and there is free ice cream in the evening. There is a hot spring in the hotel, but it is very small compared to other branches. The hotel room is very large and has a wash basin at the entrance. The view from the hotel is very good and you can see the station.

I also appreciate the microwave in each room.
There was a clear explanation that the box that I had previously found somewhere else and couldn't even find the cord for was a sterilization box.
The convenient location with a supermarket nearby that is open until midnight is also an attractive feature.

The bed was low and easy to sit on.
However, the dressing table was narrow and the kettle and cups were also on the table, so there wasn't much space to spread out my cosmetics.
The view from the elevator hall was nice.
