Chiba City Hotels with Wifi

"The hotel just opened in June, so it was very clean. The station is right in front, and there's an outlet mall nearby, so you won't have trouble finding places to eat. However, I have a few suggestions for improvement: There were about 30 people waiting to check in at 3 PM, so I had to wait quite a while. Parking costs 2,500 yen. There's no staff constantly present for the tower parking, which makes it time-consuming to get your car in and out. There were no tissues in the changing room of the public bath, which is something I really hope they'll install. I wanted to wipe hair and wet tables. There were also very few trash cans; just one small one around the table area. On the positive side, the shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower heads were all from Refa. I went to the public bath at 4 PM. The sauna is big enough for about 4 people and was 86°C. I thought I was the first one in the sauna, but I was surprised to see a lot of hair on the floor inside. I also went to the public bath at night, and the drain at the back was clogged, causing dirty water to overflow. I called the front desk to report it but couldn't get through for a while. When I finally did, they said they understood, and I waited for some time, but no one came. When I checked out, I mentioned this to the front desk staff, and they said the cleaning company is a separate entity, so they don't have good coordination. I really hope they can improve on the cleanliness. The cost performance is excellent, so I hope these improvements can be made. The lighting in the 14th-floor lounge was too bright, so I wish they would make it a more relaxing brightness."

"Very comfortable hotel, good service attitude, complete facilities and equipment. Not far from the beach, after the milk bubble bath, I feel refreshed and energetic! The breakfast is exquisite, but there are not many varieties."

"This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is friendly and patient and the location is great for quick access to the train system. We were there for the Star Wars Celebration and it was fantastic to hop on without massive crowds. Between the train station and the hotel are a handful of food options, including two 7-11s, which stay open until midnight or later. Overall, we were pleased with our stay."

"I came for a BJJ competition and they were so helpful. I borrowed their weighing scale a few times. When my flight was delayed due to the typhoon, they let me leave my suitcase all day and my phone died by nightfall with still no update from the airlines and they let me charge without question. I think this is such a kind gesture because when I asked another establishment nearby if they could just charge my phone for 10 minutes to keep it alive for me to receive a call from the airline if ever there were changes, they said no. It's very close to the Chiba subway station and I enjoyed sitting outside at the park to have my morning coffee."

"The hygiene was great. I booked a twin room, and the two beds were pushed very close together. The surrounding transportation is very convenient, with a subway and bus station just a 3-minute walk to the hotel. There are many convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping malls nearby. The environment is also very quiet. It's a shame the room was small. The hotel provides disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and slippers. Cleaning is done every three days."

"Very nice hotel. Close to the expo and not a far walk from the beach. There are plenty of stores nearby and a quick taxi ride to shopping area. Very nice hotel and clean however, I would say the facilities were a bit outdated such as the shower. The pool is another location which makes it a bit inconvenient."

"I booked this hotel near the exhibition hall in advance. The hotel has two wings, and you'll see a sign when you come from the subway station. I booked the Premier room. The front desk is right by the restaurant on the first floor of the lobby. Check-in was efficient, and the service attitude was excellent. The hotel's decor is a bit old, but it's very well-maintained. The room size is quite large for this price range, and it's fully equipped. When you open the curtains, the view is pretty good. The hotel's location is fantastic, directly opposite the JR station, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There's even an outlet mall here [smiley face][smiley face][smiley face]. It's a 10-minute walk to the exhibition hall. A subway ride to central Tokyo only takes about 40 minutes. The hotel breakfast offers good choices, and the taste is also great. Premier guests can also enjoy the all-day restaurant with coffee and afternoon tea."

"Fabulous hotel. Get location for business travel or locals . But too far away from our family but the size of the rooms, onsen , breakfast buffet ( extra cost) & hospitality made up for it. Multiple train stations near by. Would stay again"

"I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and a sleeping gown was provided during my stay which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is very convenient and easy to find, just a short walk after exiting the station.There is also a direct train from Chibaminato Station to Tokyo Station via the Keiyo Line, which makes traveling very convenient. Livemax Hotels and Resorts maintains a consistent standard of cleanliness and comfort. I also stayed in Kannai-Ekimae branch, which was equally clean and comfortable. Overall, I am very happy with my stays at both Livemax locations. The hotels are highly recommended, especially for travelers looking for budget-friendly accommodations. Additionally, for a small extra fee of ¥1,000, guests can extend their stay until 12:00 PM, which is an excellent value."

"I booked this hotel for an event at Makuhari Messe. While it's not as close as the APA by Kaihin-Makuhari, the rooms, facilities, and comfort here are superior. It's just a 1-minute walk from Makuhari Toyosuna Station on the Keiyo Line. This is both a pro and a con: Makuhari Toyosuna is a small station, so the rapid Keiyo Line trains don't stop there. Plus, with the Keiyo Line's 10-minute intervals between trains, you spend quite a bit of time waiting, whether you're going to or from central Tokyo or Kaihin-Makuhari. Next to the hotel, there's a huge Aeon mall and a Costco, and a New Days convenience store downstairs. Other than that, there's nothing else nearby, so if you're returning late, I'd recommend eating out beforehand. The room facilities are very new. The hairdryer and air purifier are both Dyson. The bathroom is unlike traditional Japanese business hotels; the shower area and bathtub are very spacious. The lobby also offers various bath salts for guests to take. I forgot to take photos of the room, but you can find reviews of this hotel by Japanese YouTubers, including room tours. Overall, I've had many great experiences staying at JR East hotels in Japan, and this one is no exception. Highly recommended."
