Granada Hotels with Pools

I arrived early and so left my bags at the hotel while I went about my day. I came back and my bags had been put in my room. The room smelled lovely (although I was a bit concerned my asthma might play up, it didn't). The bed was really comfortable as well and the location was not busy so roads around we're good. The shower was wonderful and big! I chose it because it was close to the train station and had to walk with my luggage there, but it was less than 10 minutes.

The hotel is very newly decorated in a modern and simple style. The bathroom is also very useful and the stay is quite comfortable. The British Palace is opposite the hotel, which is convenient for shopping, but the British Palace does not have many things and is not cheap. There are many delicious restaurants around the hotel. If you walk a little further, you can walk to the entrance of the palace in 30-40 minutes. There is a public underground parking lot Telpark across the river next to the hotel, and you can store and access the car by navigation. If you don't drive, this place is a bit far, it's more convenient to live closer.

Recommended for those who enjoy life. Check-in is a premium service. Someone helps with luggage. There is fragrance at night. You can choose from three flavors. Slippers and sleeping chocolates are provided at night. The hotel is tastefully designed and the view from the roof is great. Convenient transportation is also a big highlight. I didn't know the geography of Granada, so I expected it to be a moderate outskirts, but I took the hotel, except that it was good to get through the highway when I visited Alhambra. It's far from the downtown area where people are gathered, and I struggled to move in many ways. And one big mall that you can't tell if you're open or not, and one big restaurant opposite it. And it's really nothing, nothing, except for the mercadona near the residential area. In conclusion, the location can't give you a good score, and I had a pretty hard time coming and going to the downtown area of Granada, where I was taking a bus using a car. Please calculate the route between the main tourist points and the hotel in advance and move. The hotel overall was a bit old style, but the room size was larger than any hotel I have stayed in Spain so far. I was on a honeymoon, but I was assigned two single beds and asked me to change to a double bed room. There was no work, and I was able to have a satisfactory bed. Parking is 16 euros a day, and the system is an old-fashioned system with tickets, so you have to pull out meaningless ticket paper every time you enter, and when you go out, you press the bell and say the lake of the room. Our couple were not sensitive to noise, but the hotel structure was a shared structure in which the noise in the lobby was upstairs, and we were right above the group guests who were drinking late at night in the lobby. It was a location room. I understand that it was inevitable in the structure, but it was not a very pleasant experience that I could hear the noise of those people in the hotel room. And the other thing that was absurd was that they had slippers and robes, and they were paid three euros for them and they were packaged. My wife needed slippers as a necessity, and she paid for the package and was able to provide a little better quality slippers than the one-time slippers provided by other hotels in the usual way. The experience that I had to pay and use slippers and bathrobes for 3 euros at a 5 star hotel could not be said to be absolutely good. Because I'm writing this review in the next hotel I checked in, wearing a bathrobe and slippers that are free of charge at this hotel.

The room is quite big, and the bathroom has a big bathtub. I forgot to take pictures of the interior of the room, and it is not much different from the pictures provided by the hotel. It is very close to the Alhambra Palace, and it takes 3 to 5 minutes to walk to the Gate of Justice. The hotel service is also very considerate and helped us store our luggage.

I love Granada so much. The hotel is in a good location. It is very convenient to eat, drink and shop around. I have to praise the lady at the front desk of the hotel. She is very enthusiastic and tried to recommend all the delicious and fun places in Granada to us. She also helped us plan the route. You can see the Alcázar from the hotel's rooftop swimming pool. There is a paid parking lot, but you have to be very careful when driving there. The roads in Granada are too narrow and you will go the wrong way if you are not careful. We drove around in circles for an hour before we parked the car and tried not to drive again. It is better to choose public transportation or take a taxi to go to the Alcázar or the observation deck. Don't overestimate your ability to read navigation and drive. Very very very satisfied. I especially want to thank the lady at the front desk. We arrived a little late, and she deliberately extended the opening hours of the swimming pool so that the children could play in the water for a while. I am especially grateful to her. It could be a perfect hotel: nice and clean room and close to public transport to the city and bus and train stations. However, this customer (66) was treated like a naughty child. Ask for breakfast options upon check-in. E14 buffet or less and cheaper in the cafeteria. The next morning breakfast turned out to be E16. Asked for an explanation: E 14 turned out to be at reception when booking. So to reception. The gentleman on duty said that E14 was only if I indicated so at check-in. But I knew that, I had heard that the day before, he continued accusingly. Not in accordance with the truth, not polite and not customer friendly. I don't want to be called a liar. So I had breakfast once for E 16 and then on occasions outside the hotel, where I was appreciated as a customer. The staff is friendly (although their command of English is very limited), behavior such as the above must therefore be due to management policy, which does not focus on the customer experience.

The facilities are a little old, but clean and quiet. I am satisfied because it is right in front of the Alhambra Palace. You can get to the city's tourist attractions by taking a bus from in front of the palace. Parking is a little expensive, but breakfast is excellent for the price.
