Granada Hotels with Pools

I booked the penthouse suite, and it was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded my expectations in every way. The exterior was charmingly antique, while the interior boasted all the modern amenities one could need, including an electric toilet and touch-screen controls for lighting and air conditioning. The bar and restaurant were superb; every dish was a hit. The waiter was incredibly enthusiastic when introducing the food and drinks, clearly showing his passion for his work. The service was worlds ahead of other hotels in the world. If my travel plans weren't already booked and couldn't be changed, I would have loved to stay here for a week.

The location is pretty good, and the facilities are decent, but the hotel still has quite a few issues. When I first opened the window, there was a pungent sewer smell, so I quickly closed it. (It was an interior-facing room). I thought the smell wouldn't linger in the room, but when I came back from dinner, the entire room reeked. I contacted Trip.com to communicate with the hotel, and Trip.com was quite responsive. Soon after, they replied that the hotel agreed to change my room. It was already past 11 PM. Then, when I went to the front desk to switch rooms, that's when things got ridiculous 😂. The first key card they gave me didn't work. The second one did, but there was someone already inside, sleeping! I probably scared them quite a bit. By the time I finally got to the third room, it was already past midnight. A major issue is that the hotel lobby and several other areas would periodically have an unpleasant odor, which is really hard to accept. Let me also tell you this: about fifteen minutes before check-out, the cleaning lady knocked on my door impatiently. Do you understand? It wasn't a normal knock; it was an annoyed, quick, and loud bang on the door. When I opened it and asked what she wanted, she said it was to remind me to check out. Isn't that just absurd? The only highlight of the entire hotel was the excellent breakfast and good service!

The view of the hotel room is not bad, the breakfast is also very rich, but a girl at the front desk is very unskilled, and there is no politeness, no greetings and goodbye, no introduction, the whole process is cold like a government staff, it is recommended to strengthen staff training, After all, customers enter, the first one to face is the front desk

Just locates nearby the La Alhambra but it takes some time to reach by riding the city bus. The room was spacious unexpectedly as it seemed small from the photo. Yet some of the small ants were found near the sink. Bleaches were used instantly from the housekeeper to solve the problems which reflect good service from the hotel staff. A good choice for guests who aim for going to the La Alhambra

The room is good, two bedrooms, one living room and two bathrooms. Three or four people live relatively spacious. The hall has three balcony windows and a balcony window in the master bedroom. Tableware and kitchenware are available and hygienic. The lobby is also a restaurant, decorated in a variety of old furniture, new and beautiful. The dining environment is good, the taste is average, and the plate is very delicate. The price is not low.

Well, the truth is that everything is great, both the room, which is very large, especially the bed. It's very close to the city center, a 10-minute bus ride to the Alhambra, and about a 20-minute walk to Gran Via. The breakfast is very extensive, they have everything. For us, so far, it's the one with the most breakfast options of any hotel we've stayed in. It's very quiet; you can't hear anything in the room, and the TV is large. If we go to Granada again, we'll definitely return to this hotel... The only thing is that the pool was being renovated, so we couldn't swim in it, but we didn't mind because we went sightseeing and were hardly at the hotel. They're very attentive to making sure nothing is missing from breakfast, constantly replenishing and cleaning. Cleanliness is a 10, customer service is a 10, rooms are a 10, service is a 10. I don't usually rate hotels, but in this case, it deserves it because of how good it is...

For me , this is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. 1. Only stairs are available in the main entrance , no guidance to use side entrance if you have heavy luggages. Staff are not even helping/ guiding you to use side entrance via car park. I only know it when I ask. And they can see us clearly carrying two big luggages. 2. Staff are not friendly, you won’t feel welcome at all. The room is just average. There are no restaurants/ supermarkets nearby.

The hotel is huge, and we received excellent service from the reception staff, the dining room staff, and the cleaning staff. The room was very spacious, with a main bedroom and a separate area with two additional beds. The only drawback was the soundproofing; we could hear the constant traffic on the avenue and people talking late at night. The distance to the city center is about 15 minutes, but the walk is very pleasant. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean, reception staff very helpful. Used as a base for visiting local area. Well placed for the metro.
