With a stay at Sacromonte Hotel, you'll be centrally located in Granada, within a 5-minute drive of Alhambra and Granada Cathedral. This hotel is 20.4 mi (32.8 km) from Sierra Nevada Ski Resort and 0.2 mi (0.3 km) from Granada City Council. Make use of convenient amenities such as complimentary wireless internet access, concierge services, and a banquet hall. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and limited parking is available onsite. Make yourself at home in one of the 31 air-conditioned guestrooms. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Private bathrooms with bathtubs or showers feature complimentary toiletries and bidets. Conveniences include phones and desks, and housekeeping is provided daily.

"The front desk staff were very friendly. The room had underfloor heating, so I had to turn the air conditioning down. The AC unit was blowing directly at the head of the bed, which isn't ideal for Chinese guests. The bathroom was spacious but lacked hooks for hanging clothes. There was a hairdryer provided. It had a large bathtub, but the showerhead couldn't adjust the water pressure, making for an uncomfortable shower as I had to hold it. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great; I could clearly hear chairs being dragged around upstairs next door. Room 114 is an end room, right next to a public restroom, and your bed is practically against the public restroom wall, which can affect your rest. The room didn't have complimentary water or a mini-fridge. The location is excellent, with a Carrefour right downstairs. It's a 6-minute walk to Granada Cathedral and 9 minutes to the Cathedral of San Juan de Dios."

Outstanding
TTongWe spent four unforgettable days and three nights at the Seda Club Hotel in Granada. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with Ms. Martha providing a warm and welcoming reception that instantly made us feel at home. The personalized check-in process with Martha was exceptional, complete with a welcome drink and detailed information about the hotel's offerings and local attractions. Her kindness, patience, and respectful demeanor left a lasting impression. The breakfast crew, particularly Rafael, were outstanding. Despite attending to multiple tables, Rafael provided swift and efficient service. We also appreciated his exceptional service during dinner on one of the evenings. Special mentions go to Pablo, who provided excellent service on our departure day, and Imma, who made our checkout process smooth and warm. The concierge team, who assisted us with our bags and escorted us to the taxi, were also noteworthy. The staff at Seda Club Hotel truly made our stay special. Our beautifully decorated hotel room showcased evident thought and attention to detail in its design. Every corner of the room featured fine touches and small details that added to its charm. One minor suggestion for improvement: the coffee and kettle cabinet was slightly cramped, and we were concerned that the steam from boiling water might affect the glass shelves and surrounding food. Overall, our stay at the Seda Club Hotel was truly memorable, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional service and accommodations in Granada.

GGuest UserHands down the best hotel we stayed at on our trip to Spain! It's newly renovated, so everything is incredibly clean and fresh. The service was excellent, and the restaurants the front desk recommended were all fantastic. It's not right in the city center, but getting to the sights by bus or on foot was still quite convenient. Plus, it offers incredible value for money!

KKaerThe location is pretty good, and the facilities are decent, but the hotel still has quite a few issues. When I first opened the window, there was a pungent sewer smell, so I quickly closed it. (It was an interior-facing room). I thought the smell wouldn't linger in the room, but when I came back from dinner, the entire room reeked. I contacted Trip.com to communicate with the hotel, and Trip.com was quite responsive. Soon after, they replied that the hotel agreed to change my room. It was already past 11 PM. Then, when I went to the front desk to switch rooms, that's when things got ridiculous 😂. The first key card they gave me didn't work. The second one did, but there was someone already inside, sleeping! I probably scared them quite a bit. By the time I finally got to the third room, it was already past midnight. A major issue is that the hotel lobby and several other areas would periodically have an unpleasant odor, which is really hard to accept. Let me also tell you this: about fifteen minutes before check-out, the cleaning lady knocked on my door impatiently. Do you understand? It wasn't a normal knock; it was an annoyed, quick, and loud bang on the door. When I opened it and asked what she wanted, she said it was to remind me to check out. Isn't that just absurd? The only highlight of the entire hotel was the excellent breakfast and good service!

GGuest UserThis hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Granada train station. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and it's easy to get to the main attractions from here. There's a rooftop pool with city views. The staff are friendly and can communicate in English. The hotel also provides complimentary bottled water, and there's free lemon-infused water in the lobby. Overall, it offers good value for money. The shower facilities are also excellent.

GGuest UserSo, so satisfied! Definitely book a city view room; the view alone is worth the price. I initially booked a larger, newly renovated room, but when I got in, it faced the street, and the bathtub was visible to passersby. I negotiated a change to a smaller room with an older bathroom, but the city view was amazing, and it even had a small balcony where you could stand outside and look around. It was a little scary, but so good, and the night view was beautiful too. I didn't book breakfast because I was worried I wouldn't wake up in time. But the restaurant was so gorgeous that I just ordered lunch there. The foie gras burger was surprisingly amazing, and both burgers I ordered were delicious. One came with sweet potato fries, and the other with regular potato fries – both were great. It's rare for a hotel to have such good food in its restaurant, and the view is totally worth it. Completely satisfied, completely recommend!

YYOUFANGCtrip's hotel was very convenient. It didn't realize the plan. Because the itinerary changed, the hotel that was found on Ctrip and booking on the same day, compared with Ctrip, the price is good, and it is clearer than booking.

SSavannah DubienThe hostel is in a great location. Great amenities including a full kitchen, free tea, a seating area with couches and a large kitchen table to sit at. The beds are very confortable and the washrooms are clean and new. Staff are kind and very helpful. I wasn’t a fan of the company they used for activities and they didn’t have any « home » activities while I was there, probably since it’s off-season.

SSomeonelikeskittyFor me , this is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. 1. Only stairs are available in the main entrance , no guidance to use side entrance if you have heavy luggages. Staff are not even helping/ guiding you to use side entrance via car park. I only know it when I ask. And they can see us clearly carrying two big luggages. 2. Staff are not friendly, you won’t feel welcome at all. The room is just average. There are no restaurants/ supermarkets nearby.
