A truly exceptional stay on Jiuhuashan I have stayed in many guesthouses across China, but this one stands out in a very special way. From the very first moment, the communication via WeChat was friendly, quick, and reliable – even though my Chinese is limited and the staff’s English is not extensive. Still, everything worked beautifully. Warm, patient, uncomplicated. It already gives you the feeling that you are in good hands. I stayed for two days, and throughout my entire time there, everything was perfectly organized. I was picked up right on time upon arrival – an invaluable service in a mountain area that can be a little confusing for newcomers. The guesthouse itself is extremely comfortable: warm, well-designed rooms with excellent facilities, a huge screen, electric curtains, cozy bedding, and all the small details that make travel easier. I immediately felt welcomed and well taken care of. During my stay, the staff assisted me with everything I needed, always with kindness and without any complications. When it was time to leave, they also arranged transport back to my bus at exactly the time I requested. Truly flawless service. But the most extraordinary highlight was something I did not expect at all: the free guided tour that the homestay organizes for all their guests. They drove us to the starting point, and then we spent the day walking through the misty mountain paths, visiting nine of the most important temples on Jiuhuashan. It was magical – quiet, mysterious, deeply atmospheric. Our guide took wonderful care of everyone, explained so much about the temples, the mountain, the history, and the spirit of Dizang Bodhisattva, and created a sense of depth that went far beyond sightseeing. This was not a tourist activity. It was a spiritual and cultural experience – something you can only receive from people who truly love their mountain and want to share it with others. In the fog, among ancient stones, incense smoke, and the sound of footsteps on wet leaves, one begins to understand why Jiuhuashan has been a sacred place for centuries. My conclusion: This homestay offers not only comfort, warmth, and excellent service, but also a genuine connection to the spiritual heart of Jiuhuashan. I can recommend Tanxiangyuan Homestay without any hesitation. For pilgrims, travelers, lovers of nature, or anyone seeking a meaningful experience, this place is simply perfect. I am grateful for every moment I spent there.

Environment: The hotel's decoration design is aesthetically pleasing. Whether it is the small courtyard or the flower arrangement in the restaurant, it is artistic and worth appreciating. The overall design is relatively new and very clean and tidy. Service: Every boss in the store (I think they are all bosses) is very friendly, especially the tall lady who serves tea in the evening. Her smile is very contagious. Food: The focus is on afternoon tea. The appearance and taste are both online. I like osmanthus black tea and tangerine peel melon seeds very much. I also order meals here. Although the price is higher than that of restaurants outside, the environment and hygiene are friendly. I have to say that Jiuhua bamboo shoots fried meat and the small cold dishes of snow vegetables and fresh bamboo shoots in the morning are really delicious😋

All the facilities and small details in the room are perfect. It’s so friendly with children. The proprietress thought of preparing bed rails to be very friendly to families with children. The room will also be covered with anti-collision strips. The whole room is spacious and bright, and the bed is comfortable. It’s a parent-child paradise. Heguanshanping is suitable for children to discharge their energy. The scenery in front of the door is also very beautiful. Even the private rooms and table decorations for dining are beautiful. After praying to Buddha, it feels like a holiday. I can sleep until dawn. The boss lady has a lot of customers. Keeping it in mind, all the east lines and items are placed so that people can easily reach them, which is very comfortable!

We stayed in four rooms. The rooms were clean and the service from the owner was very good. I recommend it to everyone. The boss gave us noodles and eggs in the morning. The homemade fermented bean curd was very delicious. Like it👍

This was my third visit to Jiuhua Mountain. The previous two times, I stayed at Arcadia in Zhubei Town. This time, I brought my parents and decided to try this hotel instead. It exceeded my expectations! We stayed one night and had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. Breakfast was pretty standard but filling, and it was quite busy. The Chinese restaurant for lunch is absolutely worth going to! The stinky mandarin fish was better than what we had at the lakeside restaurant on the first floor, though their hairy tofu was better there. The stir-fried pork with bamboo shoots and wood ear mushrooms was absolutely delicious, and the prices were reasonable with a nice ambiance. For dinner, the Western buffet was 70 RMB per person for hotel guests, which I thought was a good deal. The seafood wasn't super fresh, but each person got a large hairy crab. After a hike, it was nice to have some hot pot. I'll definitely be back again this year and will stay at this hotel.

環境很好，離大佛很近，附近還有一個什麼村，晚上走走可以看看演出舞龍玩一玩，泳池很適合帶娃，娃玩的不出來。房間空調很給力超級涼快，就是早餐有待提高，品種太少了，麪包片豆漿都沒有。晚餐也在這裏吃的，就很好了筍子很嫩，價格也合適。閣樓就一個床墊，建議放一個櫃子或者蒲草墊子之類的豐富下，要不很空盪。

I saw the little red book sent by others that the location was very biased but I would send it wherever I went, so I still booked this room. When I arrived, I found that it was really too awkward. I wanted to go to KFC at night and asked the aunt at the front desk if she could ask someone to send it. The aunt said that she could walk there by herself not far away. When she walked to the good homestay, she found that there was still 1.3 kilometers. . Then when I came back, the driver called the hotel to pick us up and sent him a cigarette. He asked us to go to the front more than 200 meters. In fact, the road was dark and scary and I saw the navigation for 500 meters. The first thing about the bad review is that this driver caused us, including the back pick up and we are very reluctant, always let us walk around. This does not need to be sophistry, everyone can feel it. There is nothing for breakfast. There is a bowl of noodle soup. The room is more speechless. The toilet door is broken and tied with a rope. The sheets are still dirty. The aunt at the front desk does not want to say more about all kinds of behaviors. All in all, I can see that this homestay has not been well maintained. Since you have any advantages in the scenic spots of so many homestays. But the proprietress of this house, the breakfast person, is very nice and enthusiastic, so I don’t want to have a bad review because you don’t want to have a bad review.

Five-star praise! The location of the homestay is very good, very close to the Dayuan Cultural Park, and the room environment is clean and tidy. The front desk lady sister service is very warm, the people are super good, the service is thoughtful and intimate, and we also upgraded the viewing room for free. You can see the Tibetan King Bodhisattva in the room. It is awesome 👍🏻 I highly recommend it to everyone!
