The guesthouse itself is extremely comfortable: warm, well-designed rooms with excellent facilities, a huge screen, electric curtains, cozy bedding, and all the small details that make travel easier. I immediately felt welcomed and well taken care of. During my stay, the staff assisted me with everything I needed, always with kindness and without any complications. When it was time to leave, they also arranged transport back to my bus at exactly the time I requested. Truly flawless service. But the most extraordinary highlight was something I did not expect at all: the free guided tour that the homestay organizes for all their guests. They drove us to the starting point, and then we spent the day walking through the misty mountain paths, visiting nine of the most important temples on Jiuhuashan. Our guide took wonderful care of everyone, explained so much about the temples, the mountain, the history, and the spirit of Dizang Bodhisattva, and created a sense of depth that went far beyond sightseeing. This was not a tourist activity. It was a spiritual and cultural experience – something you can only receive from people who truly love their mountain and want to share it with others. In the fog, among ancient stones, incense smoke, and the sound of footsteps on wet leaves, one begins to understand why Jiuhuashan has been a sacred place for centuries. My conclusion: This homestay offers not only comfort, warmth, and excellent service, but also a genuine connection to the spiritual heart of Jiuhuashan. The location is fantastic. There are two important bus stops on Jiuhua Mountain: Yingxianqiao Station, the final stop for buses from the tourist service center at the foot of the mountain, and Huxingshan Bus Station, the starting and ending point for the circular bus service around the mountain. Ruyi B&B is very close to both stations. Many popular restaurants, supermarkets, fruit shops, and pharmacies are also nearby, making it very convenient. The B&B is newly renovated and clean. The owners are warm and friendly, and always accommodating.

I highly recommend Baofojiao Youth Hostel for solo travelers to Jiuhua Mountain. The rooms are very clean and odor-free. The bathroom has a smart toilet, and the cleaning staff keeps it spotless. There's a very friendly cat at the hostel; I heard it was a stray cat adopted by previous volunteers, and it's incredibly cute. The staff are also very friendly and patiently explain the Jiuhua Mountain itinerary. Sitting on the bench outside the hostel and just relaxing is especially comfortable.

The B&B's location is super convenient, just 80 meters from the scenic bus terminal, making it effortless to catch a bus anywhere. Major temples like Baisui Palace, Huacheng Temple, and Qiyuan Temple are all within 500 meters, easily walkable. The entire street next door is lined with restaurants and supermarkets, so dining and shopping are incredibly convenient, and it feels very lively. The room was spotless, and the decor and facilities are quite new, making for a comfortable stay. The owner was warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions. Overall, the experience was excellent. Whether you're here for pilgrimage or leisure, staying here is a great choice. I'll definitely prioritize this place next time I visit Jiuhua Mountain!

The accommodation was great, and if you're driving, parking is incredibly convenient. We arrived by high-speed train, and the hotel arranged a pick-up for us directly from the scenic area's entrance. On our departure day, we could leave our luggage at the front desk. Later, after we came down from the mountain, a simple call to the hotel was enough, and they sent staff to deliver our luggage to us. Highly recommended.
