TTrish Hope BinghamThis was a nightmarish trip, 1st I had asked for a room on the highest floor possible, with a view of the Harbour, I am a photographer and made the trip to Victoria to get some great photos of the inner Harbour. I got a room on tenth floor overlooking the parking lot and side street. The windows were so dirty it was hard to see anything, in my eyes I was ripped off, I am not going to to stay at any Merriott hotels, at the time of my booking it said they had a buffet breakfast and when I arrived they told me there is no buffet breakfast just a restaurant on site, parking was said to be free self parking. I was charged $29.40 / night to self park my truck.

SSusanI had to book this room at the last minute late at night after a cancelled flight then had to zip back to the airport in the morning so I didnt have time to enjoy the ammenities but it looked awesome. Fireplace, spa bathtub, and balcony with a view. Just lovely. The front desk staff at both checkin and checkout were both so kind and helpful.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a beautiful scenery and has convenient parking for self-driving tours. The hotel front desk enthusiastically introduced nearby attractions and provided maps with clear instructions. The hotel restaurant provides delicious food with generous portions. It only takes 3 minutes to drive to the nearby city center. There are large supermarkets, McDonald's and Japanese and Korean restaurants. It is very convenient.

CCDTThere’s free parking, swimming pool and a drive through kfc within walking distance. There’s also a shopping mall just across the street. Free parking on site as well. Room was decent with hot water and mini fridge and kettle with coffee and tea from reception.

DDingdingshandongIt's very close to the Inner Harbour, you can see it from the window. What's a pleasant surprise is that it has a kitchen! I've always been troubled by not being able to eat Chinese food, but now that's solved. I can buy some ingredients at the supermarket and cook it myself. It's fantastic!

The Indian brother at the front desk was very slow to check in. After asking for various messages to enter the computer, he finally gave me a form to let me fill in the information just now. This check-in efficiency was indeed the first time I met in Canada. It is the off-season, there are a lot of vacancies, and I arranged a room close to the elevator. I said if I could change it. VViolaLinSince I went there during the hot season of summer, I didn’t notice that the website didn’t state that the hotel does not have in-room cooling air conditioning. There was a small fan in room 204, and the window could not be turned on for ventilation. I stayed for two nights. When I picked up the room, the hotel staff told me that the hotel had no vacancies and no room could be changed. Even contacting trip.com customer service could not solve the problem of changing hotels. I couldn't have a good rest on the first night. The lady on duty at night was empathetic and told me that the hotel was not fully booked. The hotel staff did not change the room until the next day when the hotel staff notified the manager. There was no western sun and ventilation. The hotel staff highly recommended 👍🏼 which made my trip to Victoria perfect. In summer, hotels without air conditioning are not recommended, and it is also recommended that websites state that there is no air conditioning.
