Hua Yi Hotels in Suzhou

My son and I had a good stay in this hotel for 1 night. The hotel staff gave us a nice room with windows seeing the city view originally the room that I had book was a budget room where there are no window, am thankful for that🥰. In addition, their facilities are new and essential amenities is complete. Plus, the hotel service is very nice I had ask if we could check out a bit late and they allowed us for free no payment needed for extended 2 hours. Overall, good experience.👍👍👍

Service: The room service at the front desk is very good. The little girl at the front desk is gentle and cute. I have to send two more bottles of water to me immediately. I sleep lightly. The front desk arranged a quiet room for me and gave me earplugs for free. Thanks to the little girl named Tang at the front desk, the room is clean. The cups are disposable and very hygienic! I experienced the breakfast, the variety is complete, the big sister in the restaurant is very enthusiastic, told me that there are noodles, full of food, and I feel very good all day. If there is a next opportunity, I will definitely come again.
