The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood within 5-10 mins walk from subway station, restaurants and shops. It's very spacious and clean with daily laundry and free water bottles. The cleaning lady is very friendly and kind. Breakfast is very good and freshly made every morning. Shantang street is very accessible on line 2 and worth a visit. You have to walk a while or call a taxi depending on your destination.

Nice, new, clean hotel: Spacious and comfortable room, nice bedding, clean bathroom. Efficient cleaning service. Varied breakfast. Strategic location close to all services. One point for improvement: poorly managed check-in (mistaken passport copy, misunderstanding, no luggage service) and the friendliness of the staff in general: not smiling, they don't say hello when you pass by in the morning or evening, the noodle soup cook is not friendly and plays with his phone. The staff should be told to smile.

The room was great, spacious and clean, especially the two 1.5-meter double beds. Two adults and two children had a good rest. Aunt Zhu (Zhang) Genying from the room service was very enthusiastic and almost responded to every request. It was a great experience. I will come again next time.

We chose this hotel because it was built in 2022. We didn't expect the hotel facilities to be a bit old. Even the water in the bathroom didn't work. When there was a problem, we called a security guard to solve it. The old man took one look and said there was no way. What should we do? The hotel had no choice but to let us take a shower in the dirty room next door.
