I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Kunshan and had a great experience! As soon as I walked into the lobby, the high ceiling and exquisite crystal chandelier were very eye-catching. The front desk girl KK checked in quickly and considerately, and also helped to upgrade the room type. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was moderately soft and hard, so I had a good night's sleep. KK also enthusiastically helped to apply for breakfast. The hotel's buffet breakfast was also very rich, with both Chinese and Western food to meet different tastes. The gym is fully equipped to meet daily exercise needs. The location is convenient, and it is convenient to eat and travel around. I will choose here next time!

We paid to upgrade to the lake view room, and it’s totally worth it. Definitely book the lake view room if you haven’t already, this is one of the most beautiful hotels we stayed at, the amenities, surrounding areas and the service are top notch. Spending Chinese New Year day here was an unforgettable!

Facilities: All facilities are very new, the bathroom has Kohler Washlet, comfortable Environment: There is a green area after the traffic light at the front door of the hotel, suitable for flying kites, and you can take a walk around the lake out the back door (closes at 8pm) Service: Cecilia and Vivi at the front desk checked in and out, with a good attitude and pleasant communication The only suggestion is: I rang the doorbell at around 10pm, and rang it twice.
