It was a wonderfully activity that my whole family thoroughly enjoyed. The place was nice and clean. The view was tremendous. Thanks also for the help for the late check in.

Firstly, location, check-in and facilities were all great. Easy to navigate, great communication and the assistant in the office (physical) was helpful and easy to deal with. Inside the apartment: couch was broken, coffee machine was broken, there were no dishwasher tablets to wash dishes. There was mould behind all curtains and in the corners of all areas of the apartment. The cleaners had randomly left behind sheets and towels when they left the apartment. There was no plug for the bath (however I requested one and it was brought up that day). Such a mixed review because we paid $1500 for 4 nights, which I think is an average price so I wasn't expecting 5 stars. View, location and service was actually really great. I think the communication was outstanding, actually, but the apartment itself I think has not been managed well in terms of facilities and cleanliness.

Advantages: good location, you can see the coast, there are concentrated businesses around, and it is convenient to eat and drink. Disadvantages: 1. There are too many cockroaches in the room. After complaining, someone came to deal with it. They gave us spray, but it drove all the cockroaches out. We killed about a dozen of them. 2. The check-in time is 3-5 pm. We were late due to traffic jam. We contacted on the way, and the staff said that the front desk would be closed after 5 o'clock, and no one would deal with it. Because we had to pre-deduct 300 Australian dollars before we could check in, we could only take photos of our passports and bank cards through emails for deduction. We later got help from Ctrip (especially Ctrip's online service staff is thoughtful and efficient), and then we went to the mailbox of the office building next to it to get the key. 3. The name is Hilton, but it actually has nothing to do with Hilton. The hotel in the same building is called Hilton. 4 The bed is very soft, especially the single bed has collapsed in the middle, sleeping on it is like falling into a pit. The overall cost performance is not high

The room was satisfactory, but the attitude of the front desk was very bad when we needed to store our luggage. We had confirmed by text message that we could store it in their office, but later they said we couldn't store it because the room was full. When we went there, we saw that the room was very empty, so they refused to let us store it because they didn't want the room to be too messy. The children dragged their heavy luggage up the stairs to store it, and the front desk told them to stop. The attitude was very bad!

The room is clean and tidy. The location is good. It is convenient for eating and entertainment downstairs

Overall good feeling Advantages: 1. Very clean, the room infrastructure is relatively complete, and the room is also very new. 2. The room is large, with a large balcony, kitchen, living room, two rooms, and two bathrooms. 3. There are many restaurants downstairs, the hotel is very close to the beach, and there is a tram station nearby, with convenient transportation. 4. You can use all the facilities and equipment of the Hilton Hotel, such as swimming pool, gym, etc. Disadvantages: 1. There is no 24-hour front desk service, and there are only office staff from 10am to 5pm. It will be difficult to contact them if you have something. For example, I forgot to take a plug cord this time. I contacted them through Ctrip at 3 pm local time, but the front desk did not respond until late the next morning. However, the items had been cleaned, so the whole service was very delayed and inconvenient. (This is the main problem) 2. There is an additional cleaning fee of 158 Australian dollars before check-in, which is not cheap when combined with the hotel fee. 3. Breakfast is not included. Of course, you can also eat nearby. There are many restaurants nearby, which is not a big problem. 4. The quilt provided is a bit thin, so you may need to pay attention to this if you go there in winter. You can ask the customer service if there are any spare ones before booking a hotel.

Remember to contact the hotel housekeeper in advance, or check the email message first, especially if you arrive after 5 p.m. Otherwise, you won't be able to find the key pick-up point at all. I just searched for more than an hour and couldn't figure it out until I couldn't contact Ctrip's housekeeper. This is a serviced apartment in the same building as the Hilton Hotel. Apart from the previous worries, the staying experience is very good.

The floor is very high, the view is very good, there are shopping malls and restaurants downstairs

The deposit paid was not released for a long time after check-out! Very bad private rental. I dare not live in this apartment again! Especially for Chinese people, the deposit has not been refunded! Extremely bad private hotel. It is safer and more reliable to book a hotel in the future!

The room service is very poor, there is no front desk, the store charges 158 Australian dollars for cleaning fee, and also charges a high deposit. Many facilities are broken and there is a lot of wind noise from the door at night, making it impossible to sleep

The room is not bad, clean, tidy, the bed is comfortable, very warm, the transportation is convenient, the landlord put the key in the mailbox in advance, and the view from the room is nice.
