Good Hotel value for money

Budget hotel, don't expect too much, the facilities are old, the bed in the twin room is very small, there are only bath towels but no towels in the bathroom, no slippers, about 15 minutes drive from the airport

The room was not clean, there was visible dirt in the bathroom, and the hair dryer was broken. Not recommended!

Facilities: clean beds, powerful air conditioner and water heater Service: friendly staff, delicious breakfast

Excellent food , behaviour of the staffs specially Shankar is overwhelming.Room is very clean plenty of water are provided. I have been staying occasionally since 2023 I prefer to stay GINGER SURAT. WISH MORE SUCCESS & PROSPERITY IN FUTURE AND

Hotel is nice. Staff of this hotel is also very good. Specially thank for service and careing for all kind for me, the staff members like Sumanta, Prem and Vinod are very good and efficient and energetic. Thanks all of above staff members of this hotel.

Hotel staff is excellent and Mr. itz mojibur is very sincere, humble and punctual towards his job. Overall clean and hygienic. Location of hotel is good and very cost-effective. For medium budget it is a good one to it give a try. Near to Airport.

Stayed here last month after a long time.,nest part of this hotel is location and close to all the malls they removed the rooms and public spaces. Overall decent stay but all new faces every time. Thank you team for the wonderful hospitality.

If you like living in a 8x8 room and everything full of rust or broken then this is the place for you. Welcome to the rusted and suffocating Ginger Surat where 2 people is a crowd and keeps on bumping onto each other. I did a huge mistake by booking the place for an overnight stay without even looking at it and simply went with the name of Tata, never thought this place could be so pathetic and disgrace to a group named Tata. The place is not better than a roadside lodge or it might be before Ginger took it over, Ginger just did few fancy lighting and brand theme and stopped there. Additionally they are charging 5k+ per night for that horrible place. Word of advice, if you prefer even a li'l decent place then don't stay here, just spend another 500-1000 bucks and get a better place.

Very good experience. Visiting first time at Ginger Surat. Mr. Sajid facilitated well at the front desk. Food also very good and highly recommended to stay here with high amenities. Hotel location is very easily accessible. Plenty of car parking space is available. Thank you.
