Very clean and tidy apartment but no air-conditioner. Kind of expensive if based on provided stuff in hotel. No tissue paper or paper tow provided. Internet connection is not user-friendly.

I am very happy with the apartment Very nice and comfortable. And Clean.

It was a great stay and I would stay there again. It was in a nice part of town and close to the old town. The staff was friendly and I like that they have a separate room in the back of reception for bags to be held after checkout. It made me feel like my things were safer.

Had a pleasure stays while traveling in Edinburgh. I would definitely booked here again for my next trip! Thanks ❤️

Amazing

3rd floor of university dormitory. You must check in at KM Hotel and go to the dormitory. After passing through several doors (access card), you must get off at the elevator on the 3rd floor and go down 4 stairs. You have to turn on the light at the front door. There is a wall about 70 centimeters above the head of the bed, so you have to be careful. To go to the bathroom, you have to go down 4 stairs, go to the entrance, and turn on the light. To drink water, you have to go down 4 stairs from the bed, go down 2 stairs again, and then go up 4 stairs again. You have to go down. Also, if one member of your group arrives at a different time, you have to go to the first floor to pick them up. The facilities were relatively clean and nice, however. There was a lack of check-in information, and moving up the stairs was difficult, perhaps because I was tired after sightseeing.

The apartment and the student dormitory are in the same building, and the student dormitory is on another floor. The safe is broken, and the design of the shampoo and shower gel bottles is problematic. They can't bounce back after being pressed down, so you have to pull them up by hand. A waiter opened the door and entered the room at around 9 o'clock in the morning.

One of the best places I've ever stayed. Excellent service and the room is lovely! If I were to indicate something negative, I would say that the heating could be better, as it turned off at dawn and ended up getting a little cold. But I thought it was excellent and I not only intend to return but I will recommend it!

The room has ample space, kitchen utensils and tableware are provided, and the environment is clean and hygienic👍

It's a good hotel with complete facilities, but the sanitary conditions are average. There are other people's hair on the pillows and in the bathroom, which is quite disgusting.

The apartment with kitchen is great! The location of the hotel is also good, very close to the main street! It’s just unacceptable to have the room cleaned once every three days😄

It's not bad. The hotel converted from student dormitory is relatively cheaper
