Overall good but few things been noticed : 1. The carpet at the corridor of the level is too dusty & dirty ( need immediate cleaning ). 2. There is no sign for Don't disturb or clean my room. 3. Before towels are kept inside the bathroom, please check if they are ok or torn in the middle. 4. Hotel Staff specially at the reception must keep some Tour & Travels number if they don't provide such services to ease the trouble. Rest were all ok... I really like the breakfast.. many options

Stay in this hotel as it was near the immigration counter in Surabaya. No internet access in the room also the front desk cannot call taxi for you. Aircon was not working in one of the rooms. Will not return to this hotel there are better hotels around the area

Very good Location is very close to the train station Have stayed here several times and until now it still feels very good. With a place to eat. Anyway, it's good

I couldn't stay there because I had urgent business in another city so I wanted to cancel but it wasn't approved, so I'm no longer interested in this hotel.

Quite satisfied. Next year, God willing, I will choose Sahid Hotel again

Strategic location. Good breakfast. Old building. Needs repair because the AC is starting to make noise. Disturbs comfort.
