Me and my guest recieved superb service and enjoyed our briefly stay. The room was clean and comfy as well.

The mirror light in the bathroom went off and on. When I reported it and a maintenance person arises, he said his boss didn’t get the parts to fix it. It was VERY annoying. Also, the sink in the bathroom woul not hold water. That was very inconvenient.

I had a decent stay. The room was clean and the environment was peaceful and quiet.

When we first arrived the counter attendant did not have our reservations. I had to call Trip to get it straightened up. It was finally done but it took an extra 30 minutes.

I arrived and was greeted promptly by a gentleman at the front desk. After taking care of the incidental hold, he handed me my key cards and directed me to the elevators. My room was large and very clean. It wouldve been helpful to have a guide of channels for the tv and washclothes in the room. The breakfast was ok with scrambled eggs, chicken patties, pastries, waffle makers, and 4 types of cereal. If I was more hungry than I had been, the selection could've been better. It is located near a ton of eateries and shopping.

I found a roach in my room upon checking in.

The room was barrier-free, the water flow was very small, there was no way to take a good shower, wash face and brush teeth, etc. The breakfast was also very simple, and there were not many parking spaces.

The room was unexpectedly good. For the price, it is very cost-effective. The room is new and hygienic. Much better than a motel. Highly recommended. Will pay attention to this brand of hotel.
