Been staying at this hotel many times, this time around is the holiday season but even if with its crowd this hotel kept maintaining the quiet and comforting place to rest

Not clean, towels and bedding are dirty. Staff are friendly as anywhere in Indonesia. The building also needs remodeling. It is convenient because it is located in a shopping mall.

The room was clean, the waiting room was spacious, the service was really good, especially when I went back and forth to ask the receptionist for a parking ticket stamp, hehe. It's just a shame that parking for guest vehicles is still exposed to direct sunlight. But for the rest it's really okay, no problems 👍🏻

The room is clean. The location is okay, joining the mall. Access to the hotel is also easy

There are no slippers. Use bar soap. Shampoo. Room & bathroom mats. Ashtray .

I really like staying here, it feels like I'm in my own apartment. it's recommended... it's close to cinemas and highways
