Shin Osaka Esaka Tokyu Rei Hotel Reviews

Very close to the Esaka train station. The room is clean and the view is great.

Chose this hotel as it is very convenient to go to the Shinkansen station for my kyoto day trips. The hotel is just 1 min away from esaka metro station thus I took about 25mins to get to Kyoto (2 metro stops 5min+ 13 min Shinkansen stop on the nozomi line) We didn’t want to stay two places as it is troublesome to change hotel and move luggages around. Although it is further from airport than popular areas like namba, it doesn’t make much of a difference anyway as both takes about 1 hour.

Stayed 4 nights here! Next to Esaka Station and near shopping and eateries. Staff were nice and attentive to queries. Requested for table fan as room was quite warm even in autumn!

This hotel is more appropriate for business trips, which require a strategic location, not for comfort, because the rooms are small and the beds are hard The staff is good, only English is lacking, but quite helpful

the only thing to comment is cleaning up the room. I stayed 7 nights but only cleaned up twice. overall, the stay was great.

No cool air conditioner. They didnt take chopstick to me

Very good location, just next to Esaka metro station, staff can speak English, there are water filling stations at every floor for drinking, clean and descent hotel, there are numerous shops for eating, shopping below. There are also super market.

We are hearing-impaired. Nice room and clean so housekeeping is nice and staffs is nice service and English well. Thumb up!

We re stay on 2 May to 9 May 2024 so good location near shopping and restaurants lots. Wow so good clean and change bed and towels until 9 May. Nice Service Staffs all. Staff can lent us charger plug thank you very much!

Very good for short stay and many shops n places around are lively.. Very near to osaka metro.. Restaurant members are very helpful.

Booked a two-bed room, 18 square feet, the price on Sunday is not expensive, clean and tidy, the location is very good, right next to Esaka Station, 1-2 minutes walk to the Midosuji Line to Shin-Osaka or Umeda, Shinkansen Bridge, Namba and other tourist centers. Although it is not in the center of Osaka (so the room rate is lower), it is actually very convenient for transportation. There are 3 supermarkets nearby, Don Quijote, McDonald's, drugstore, Uniqlo, 100 yen store, restaurants and so on. The bathtub in the room is very big and nice, you can enjoy a comfortable bath.
