Convenient location for USJ/Taipan area, which has many good eating places and all other services/shops. No lift so if one has heavy bags it can be a bit difficult. Otherwise good budget hotel.

Front door couldnt be lock properly, bed has bed bugs, toilet has roaches and is very smelly

There's only stairs to get to the rooms at 2nd floor, quite inconvenient for the elderly. There's no electric kettle. The cleaniness of the room and bathroom needed to be improved.

there is a cockroach in side the room and also mosquitoes in the room. No spoon provided. the shower head a bit broken but still working. The shower room/toilet is a bit small. No hanger provided as well.
