Nice location

Everything was as described! Receptionist answered on the phone in the announced hours. Located very close to a tram station and a supermarket and cafeterias. Staff was kind and helpful. I recommend it!

Really enjoyed my stay. Even though the room was basic, it was clean and comfortable and that’s all I needed. Staff were very friendly also

the hotel room is big enough and clean. we did not use the kitchen, but I can see that it has everything you need for basic cooking. we cannot park in the hotel but there is a indoor parking facility . just 12 euro for overnight and it is ok. if you prefer, parking outside the hotel is free.

Good hotel, can be reached by the frequent tram service that passes near to where the hotel is. The hotel came with pots, pans and a fridge so is great if you need to cook food. Overall, a good stay!

We only have met a staff for the check-out. Otherwise, no personnel at the reception. Our decorative pillow on the bed had a huge stain which looked like blood. Not too easy to feel like home

Strasbourg is a great city worth visiting. The apat-hotel is well located, close to a shopping centre, you can walk to the centre by taking a stroll. There is also a tram stop 100 m away In short, it meets the quality-price expectations

The accommodation is a bit far from the institutions where I had to go. But transport is generally close so it's bearable.

I have been to this hotel several times and I love it, everything is perfect, but the first time the room was dirty and there was no soap or shampoo.

The hotel is conveniently located and has a small swimming pool and fitness room, which is convenient for guests. However, these installations require more regular maintenance. The rooms are comfortable and the televisions are equipped with Chromecast service.
