Room is spacious, has a mini fridge and hot water facilities. They have available parking, there's a cafe at the lobby where you can order. Location is great as it is beside The Outlets where there are dining options, grocery and shopping and it is along the natiinal highway. There is also free transport from and to airport.

This resort is average. The staff are lovely and very helpful, but it looks better in the pictures. We couldn't swim at the 'beach' and the facilities are somewhat dated. Moreover, it is somewhat overpriced for what you get. I don't mind paying good money for a good stay, but I'm not sure that the food, though good, is worth what one is charged. We went to lunch at Azure by Crimson Resort and our bill was only slightly higher than at this resort. Considering that Crimson is a luxury resort and Azure has a 5-star rating, it seems a bit off. Also, be aware that you will be charged a 2000peso deposit per night. It is also very far from everything else and the facilities close early. You are not allowed to order food on Grab or bring in any other food from the outside unless you're willing to pay 35% 'corkage fee'. A bit ridiculous. Also, they had a zumba class on the lawn next to the restaurant and played really loud music before 7am on a Saturday. It was really annoying. It wasn't a bad stay. It was average. .

The place is just along the main road easy access to taxi and very close to the airport, staff are accommodating early check in available for pay additional, bed are excellent quality soft pillow and heavy blanket it’s really good place to stay plus I notice the bath room is centrally heated just keep the door close to keep the warm it’s just the bath tub a bit higher I wish there is a step tool you can you. Internet is good speed I will stay again this hotel and recommend for single and family travelers. Very spacious room had ref and keetle to use.

This is our 2nd time with my husband booking this hotel, I prefer to stay here because it is quite near to the mactan airport and they also have free drop off and pick up in which I believe it was less hassle to just an ordinary customer like me. Furthermore, the cleanlines and ambiance was good and the staffs are accommodating. Highly recommended this hotel

The hotel room was spacious and the toilet is big. Sleep quality is great and hotel property is strategically located near the food places. Also their TV is Netflix and YouTube enabled.

The room was clean and tidy, the brother who assisted us was also kind and allowed us to check in early because we arrived in Cebu early, in short, all goods and well recommended Freddo for those travelers who are just looking for somewhere to sleep. There is only one thing I don't like there, the water is not strong and a bit smelly 🫣 but the rest is good, close to everything, just behind the mall and close to convenient stores

We used the hotel as airport hotel before departing to the airport. The rooms were perfectly clean and offered enough space for three persons in a room. The staff in the hotel was exceptionally friendly and even did the airport transfer at 03:30 am by themselves. We can really advise the hotel.

Good hotel for your money. 24-hour reception. Very polite staff. In addition, opposite the hotel there are a lot of places to eat and shops to buy food.However, the hotel is located in a very noisy part of the road. The hotel itself has poor soundproofing of the windows and a very noisy air conditioner. For people with light sleep, this will be torture. Breakfasts are extremely mediocre, it is better to eat elsewhere. There is a good laundromat nearby.

The resort was hit and miss and left me with mixed emotions. Starting with having to fill out a form while still sitting in the taxi at the entrance gate and having to walk with my bags From the road to the front entrance of the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were quite nice with three pools and beautiful views. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the hot water was on demand. There was limited staff. In a three night stay I never saw any maid service servicing any rooms on my floor and had to go looking for supply replacements. The food in the restaurant was hit and miss - good salmon, good tuna sandwiches, stay away from any salad and the club sandwich - and quite pricey. P420 for a basket of french fries. If you were sitting at a poolside table the view was great but you had to get up and go looking for the wait staff every time you wanted anything. No one ever came and checked on you. Everything, including the front desk, closed up at 9:30, lights off doors locked, so you couldn’t sit by the infinity pool in the evening and enjoy a beer and the night sky over the sea. it’s in a gated community and taxis struggle to find it. If you arrive after maybe 9 PM you can find the gates to the community closed and you may be walking the streets with your bags, not particularly comfortable nor safe. The facilities were well-maintained but the resort does not seem to be focused on the individual or small group spending a weekend and appears to be more interested in large functions.

These hotel rooms are the most modernly equipped I’ve ever come across Worldwide. Everything was automated including the curtains with touchscreen control. The breakfast was first class well cooked well presented and served by happy pleasant polite staff. Whilst from the exterior this hotel does not look like a five star hotel I assure you from the inside (as long as you don’t want a palatial suite) as world class. Even the elevator to the 10th floor only took a few seconds because it was modern clean fast and well maintained. Highly recommend recommended to any Buisness folks or those on vacation.
