the accomodation is very good, the room is clean and the staff is very approachable.

We stayed in the Deluxe Queen room for one night after a late flight. There were some highlights, but a few frustrations The address listed on Trip.com is incorrect. It sent our taxi to the Shangri-La, so we had to book a second ride. The room is large, but the kitchen is basically useless as you can’t cook and the fridge is just a minibar. The AC is perfectly placed on the wall so it doesn’t blow on you while you sleep. The bed was great, snow-white bedding and cute towel swans (great job by the cleaning staff!). However, the telly is tiny and hung way too high near the ceiling. Big respect for having ZERO cockroaches, but the desk was crawling with small insects and there were several geckos on the walls,love them though The pool is very heavy on chlorine—I washed multiple times and could still smell it on my skin. There is no sandy beach, just a wooden ladder into shallow water. Very green territory. For me it's not a problem, but be prepared for the roosters crowing all night and birds in the morning There is a 7-11 right across the street

Old building, toilets don’t flush well, shower don’t have enough heat, Airconditioning system in one of the rooms are not giving cold air even after being service. Any request for extra pillows and bedsheets are additional charges, but the staffs are very friendly.

This a great hotel. Old but I like old hotels. They try to make you feel welcome and succeed.

As expected. Good view over the sea. Windows that worked. Helpful reception. Comfortable bed.

I love it here! If you want a quick vacay with your family that is not far from the city, then this is the place to be. They have a nice pool, jacuzzi and the beach is just right in front! They also have a playground for kids which my daughter enjoyed the most. The staff are kind. They alsp provided welcome drinks when we arrived!!! I will surely book this place again, soon!🫶🏻💕

The location was not ideal as it’s 2km from Mactan New Town. Getting a grab was not successful as no driver was nearby. Had to take the jeepney to and fro. The room was big and the aircon was working very well. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The swimming pool were clean and a Jacuzzi was available. A 7-11 convenience stall opposite the hotel was a life-saver.
