Location depend on individual preference, we stayed at the hotel because it is near my relative house for funeral ritual .

It was a pleasant stay and everything was satisfactory. It's very suitable for a family of 4 members. All necessary utensils are available, including a hairdryer and ironing facility. Both the hall and the master bedroom have air-conditioning. Nevertheless, there are 3 nagging issues for the price of RM140 per night stay. They are 1. There is no daily housekeeping, and we have to clean it ourselves. 2. There is no suitable place to throw rubbish, and we have to bring it down 30 floors to dispose of it. 3. The security guard forgets our parking lot and needs a reminder every day.

The location is good, close to many attractions. There is a stall selling durian and coconuts about 10-15 minutes away, where you can sit down and eat. The whole house is for our use. The owner does not live there, and there was no one there when we arrived. We had to contact the owner to get the password to get the key. This is recommended to be communicated in advance. The house has many beds, a washing machine, kitchen utensils, etc. However, the house is quite old, and the wall paint is peeling in some places. There are no exhaust fans in several bathrooms, which are relatively humid and moldy. Among the rooms on the second floor, the rooms near the front door have poor sound insulation. The cars passing by downstairs and the conversations of passers-by can be heard clearly. The rooms near the back door are relatively quiet.

Relaxing stay to connect with friends and family as there are plenty of space for you to hang out. There's also a large collection of books curated into a mini library and space to meditate as the cool breeze caresses the bamboo trees

The hotel is a walking distance to the famous Iyer Itam wet market. You can have breakfast here before walking towards the Kek Lok Si temple. The hotel room isn't a big one but it provides the basic amenities that one needs. Overall it is clean. Mini fridge, TV, hair dryer, water kettle and air cond all working well. The bed is comfortable too.

I booked FAMILY ROOM. In the room, there are 2 double bed (enough for 4 adults), 1 small refrigerator, 1 air-con, 4 towels, 4 bottled water, coffee sachet, creamer and sugar, but no tea available. Air-con is very cool. The hot shower functioning well. The minus ⛔ is just the system of choosing ”Do Not Disturb” and ”Make Up Room” not functioning well. It kept switch off by itself a few seconds after we pressed it on although the card still attached at the card place. So we have to tell it manually at the receptionist to make up the room.

Great location in Georgetown, cross over to the road to reach the Red Garden Food Paradise. The bad - limited in-room amenities (only toothbrush and showerkit), no slippers. - receptionist collected RM13 from me even though I checked in with a malaysian passport (by right only RM3) attached a photo of the notice for reference The good - comfortable bed and pillow - nice smelling shampoo/shower gel - bottled water provided - room is generally very new and clean - welcome drink - breakfast provided (omelette was super yummy)

The hotel is modern and very pretty! Love the decoration and design. It’s clean, the bed is comfortable (not the pillow) and I love the shower water pressure and the idea of having water dispenser for sustainability drive. A few things that disappointed a little: 1. Was assigned to room 212 which is located close to lift, I barely slept on the first night. One group of guests walked pass ard 12:50am and were talking and laughing so loudly, followed by the loud door closing sound (no soft closing). Then another group came back around 1:45am and I woke up because of the loud door opening and closing sound (3 times)…the aircon was centralised and quite cold, tried adjusting to higher temperature with lower volume but the control parcel is useless. The pillow was not comfortable also, the cotton was not even, too high for my liking. Morning 8:45am the house keeping person tried accessing the store room and entered the wrong PIN code for a few times and the beeping sound was non stop and I woke up again :( 2. Thankfully we were changed to another room at level 3, I managed to sleep better for the 2nd and 3rd night. But when we came back on Day 3, I wanted to watch TV but the remote control was missing. We called the front desk for a few times but no answer around 11pm, had to go down and request for the remote control to be delivered to my room. Guess what, we waited for 15 mins but no one came, called again and finally the house keeping staff showed up after 5 mins. Then when we opened the door, he asked us multiple times that why it’s missing and even requested us to check drawers etc. we searched everywhere before we called, only being accused after waiting for 20 mins. Then waited another 5 mins for him to get a new one and came back. So speechless… 3. I like the free coffee service that they offer, however there’s no food options and no room service. Most of the nearby shops close early and it’s quite hard to find for food at night if you are hungry 4. Not all the staffs are very friendly, the lady receptionist that we encountered was not super friendly and helpful. She told me that when we came down, the replacement room would be ready but it’s not, I waited for another 5 mins standing there until she got everything sorted out. Felt that she was unwilling to help
