One of the spring bed is defective. There are ants crawling all over the table. Room had a nice serene peaceful hill view. Very friendly + helpful reception and housekeeping staff.

The hotel location is good; close to the famous temple Kek Lok Si and Penang Hill as well as many coffee shop, food market and small restaurants.. but the hotel looks worn out and only the very basic are provided. The hotel does not provide breakfast.
Lobby area has an unpleasant smell (coming from the drainage just outside the hotel main entrance. Hope they could do something about it as it’s not appealing at all for the hotel.
We stayed for 2 nights but no housekeeping was done. No hand towels, only 2 bath towels that looks very old though still clean.
Staff at the reception counter were quite helpful.
On the whole, for the price it’s still worthwhile.

The hotel is quite clean, bright and spacious. The location is excellent, many hawker nearby, closed to seven eleven and KK Mart, walking distance to Kek Lo Shi Temple, market also nearby.
The downside is the housekeeping. The clean the room once in two days, they didn't vacuum the carpet and they clean the room at around 2 or 3 pm, which is our time for resting.

Strategic hotel , walking distance to most favourite nasi kandar , nasi kandar kg melayu ! Hotel boombastic , luxurious vibe. Good service, amenities, and bed. plenty of parking. comfort and yess will repeat again

Very good service provided by the hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the temple and surrounded by many hawker stalls.
