everything just nice, just I don’t know how to handle the TV although there got tv box available. There got sofa bed can fit 2 ppl, 1 room with double bed, 1 room with single bed (is really small room), 1 bathroom (no need worry about the water pressure), kitchen with water filter, kettle, microwave, fridge, cutleries. House just next to lift, the sound proof at living area not really good, can hear outside ppl walking, room window sound proof ok. The parking locate at 6th floor and quite hard to go up & down, we decide park road side after that.

Super nice 👍🏻 Location is good, nearby to the hotspots in Penang 🩷 Host is also very kind and nice, cleaner is also friendly💜 The facilities are so good, and the house is so pretty, overall is very clean, love it so much, amazing place to stay 😍

Good for staying. Close to penang hill and pasar and can enjoy a lot of local food.

Appreciate: 1) Customer support WhatsApp replies very quickly and politely :). 2) Many food establishments nearby. Search “claypot restaurant” we ate there 4 days in a row even after shifting away from this hotel. 3) Swimming pool was nice and clean. 4) Antique decorations in the hotel looks amazing. 5) had 2 private carpark lots in the compound, there are parking spots outside of the compound as well, just unsure if it is legal. We were lucky to have at least 1 lot in the hotel during our stay. Can be improved: 1) Hotel has no reception, make sure customers gets their check in details before they arrive the hotel or at least just before 3pm. 2) Wifi speed can be faster. It failed a few times during my 3d2n stay there. The Mrs and I couldn’t even load google maps. Quite frustrating. Had to use my data. 3) Sound proofing maybe? We had a room facing the Main Street and in our room there’s a door that used to be able to open and go to the balcony but it’s blocked by a large wardrobe. This allowed the sound to travel through the door gaps. 4) toilet can be cleaner, check the floor traps and the make sure it’s clean, cleaner left a ball of hair stuck at the floor traps. 5) toilet floor can have anti slip strips. Really slippery. Had to ban my toddler from going into the toilet. 6) too many mosquitoes at the hotel. Fortunately we didn’t have it in our room.

We enjoy Good sleep in the Tropicana Alv Suites . Walking 5 minutes to Loh Guan Lye Hospital . Walking to two Welling pharmacies and Big Pharmacy . 5-10 minutes walking to macalister Central , Ah Teik Durian Lorong Susu , Salted Chicken Xiang Peng Peng , etc . Can buy water and put luggages in the Ace Mart . Location in Tower B .

Great location with walkable distance to Clans Jetty, and also there are a number of food places around. Walkable distance to Komtar at about 15 mins. We have got a room with partial sea views. The room is decent, enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. There is no lift in the property. The check-in counter is at the shophouses opposite, about 1 min away.

All aspects are so-so. The main thing is that there is no washing machine in it. The gym was out of order.
