Very beautiful and romantic place. Everything is perfect including the freshly various kinds of breakfast. We spent wonderful time and had unforgettable memories there. Thanks the whole staff of the Romantik!

The best choice in the lake area, I like breakfast very much, and I must leave enough time for breakfast, so that I can feel the comfort of quietly watching the lake view and drinking coffee

I had high hopes for this hotel, but when I got there, I found that the facilities were too old. The service was not good at all. First of all, the rooms did not provide slippers or free mineral water. The towels in the room were gray. The front desk and the corridor had no expression on any staff, and they were proud and had no polite words. The most hateful thing was that when I checked out, they said that we had dinner for 100 euros. I asked them to show me my signed bill for dinner, and the front desk staff immediately changed their words and said: Oh, you didn't have dinner, so I will waive it for you. Such obvious robbery is more hateful than **. If you don't check carefully when you check out, you will definitely be cheated of 100 euros for no reason.

This hotel almost ruined our family's good mood for traveling. The second day after we checked in was my wife's birthday, so we chose this hotel that was ranked first in the local scenery, and chose a suite. According to the photos when booking the room, the balcony of this room faces the lake, and the lake view is very beautiful. For this room, we paid nearly 7,000 yuan a night and booked three nights. After arriving at the hotel, we found that the balcony of the room did not face the lake. There was a place to see the lake, which had to be seen from the roof of several rooms. The scenery was completely different from the photos on the website. So we communicated with the hotel and said that this room was the room we booked. We took out the photos and still said there was no difference. We asked Ctrip to help communicate, and the hotel still said that neither the room could be adjusted nor the check-out could be made early. How to say, as a person who often stays in hotels, I can't do anything about this kind of rogue. Ps. We stayed for three nights, and two nights were checked in by a ********* tour group. They were very polite to ********* people. I met two ********* guests who asked for a room upgrade and upgraded it for free. When we checked out, they charged us 33 euros for the minibar. I said I didn't touch anything in the minibar, so it was indeed confiscated, but the expression on my face was like I was trying to take advantage of them, which made me feel as sick as if I had eaten a fly 🤮

The hotel's lakeside swimming pool is kept at a constant temperature of 30 degrees, with a glass bottom, so it is not cold to swim, and it seems to be one with the lake. 3. The service is thoughtful. A manual is given upon check-in to show you how to get around the building. It is very clear. The front desk is also very enthusiastic. 4. The room facilities are a bit old, not big, and there is no kettle. The hygiene is OK.

This hotel is the best hotel in the lake area. It is so beautiful both inside and outside. I feel that staying for only one night is not enough. The hotel breakfast is also super delicious. The service staff are super nice. I think I will bring my family there for vacation in the future. Oh, by the way, when we went there, it happened to be the hottest days in Austria. The hotel does not have air conditioning, so it was quite hot to sleep that day, but it was very cool outside at night.

房間不小，給了我們有陽台的房間（我訂的是沒有陽台的房間）。兩張單人床不能分開，是一個缺憾。早餐廳環境和餐品都很贊。服務沒有給滿分是扣在了入住手續過於繁瑣，需要填寫每個客人的詳細訊息。我們四個人的訊息，是我一個人填的，好久才拿到鑰匙，前台服務人員也不緊不慢地，還時不時跟其他人説話。我問他要是來個10人以上團隊咋辦，他説就不是這樣的流程了。無語了！

服務：非常好，有歡迎飲料，每人一顆巧克力，早飯自助非常豐富 環境：非常好，房間在湖邊可以看湖景，有陽台。 設施：有點歷史，廁所通風不夠好，總體設備完好

不推薦來住！沒有空調！真的崩潰！熱到！像蒸籠一樣！找了攜程請酒店送來電風扇，還是太熱，導致媽媽一晚上都幾乎沒睡……其他的都很好，很安靜，有電熱水壺和拖鞋，早餐的服務員非常好，有求必應！

The apartment is under renovation. The whole apartment is surrounded by scaffolding. Anyone can climb in very easy. There is no air-conditioning. The window need to open all the time. The front desk and all facilities are in another hotel. It take 10 minutes walk for check in and out. The way includes upslope and downslope. It is very inconvenient for having heavy luggage. It is not worth for €450 per night.

Service and food were exceptional. The location on the lake and in the village is perfect. A great place to relax and explore the outdoors.

I arrived at this hotel on Sept 16th 2024 after driving in from Salzburg. It was fairly easy to find however it was initially unclear where the reception/lobby entrance was and I drove further down thru the mini tunnel to find out I had to go back around and find a place to temporarily park to find out where the onsite parking was. The staff at the reception is very friendly and welcoming. A young man I think his name was Viktor went with me and even helped me to park further down the street, took my bags into the lobby and even provided me a sparkling wine. Later I was able to access my room since I had arrived early. The room was the Emperor suite and was a good size with a lovely view of the lake. The room had a large bathroom with shower and bidet; a separate wc, the bedroom, and a good size balcony to sit and watch the beautiful views. The room also had a well stocked minibar with beer, soft drinks, liquor, and champagne. The only complaint I have is with their restaurant. At about 12:30pm I entered their restaurant located right on the shore of Wolfgangsee, I waited a few minutes for that head lady in charge to seat me. I ordered some smoked fish with a salad which was delicious. My complaint is with the service there in the restaurant, after I had eaten and finished my beer that head lady just kept walking around and didn't even ask if I wanted anything more. After a long time of waiting I had resigned myself to just asking for the check but alas that was a chore in itself. Since no one came around I had to walk over to the register for assistance. Then I was able to pay 25 Euro. After I had paid she commented that it did not include the service charge and I replied what service charge and she said "tip". I thought that very unusual and I have only had that occur once in Paris at that Amelie cafe in Montmartre. I have her some coins just to leave and be done with it. I then went to the reception desk and inquired if that was normal and was told it was not. I also commented on it the next morning when checking out. I didn't appreciate her rude service and then having to pay some "tip". For dinner later that same day I went across the street as I didn't want to have a run in again with that lady. In conclusion I would still stay at this hotel because the room and staff in the hotel exceeded my expectations, however next time I will still avoid their restaurant.

We had not been to St Wolfgang for 25 years and we had walked past your hotel and said we would love to stay there. However, our son came along and we could not. But last August 2024 we came with our son and his wife both are 24 years old. They had a week, we stayed 2 weeks. Your hotel is wonderful, pretty, traditional and elegant. Our stay was excellent in every way. The reception staff could not be faulted so helpful. The restaurant staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast chef was lovely and friendly and his eggs and pancakes excellent. Breakfast was out of this world we all loved it. Dinner was great, with plenty to pick from. Our room with balcony and lake view was great. The cleaning staff were polite and helpful. There is plenty of things to do at hotel, I had a relaxing massage, it was super. The outside staff looked after us well too. My husband and I had a Salzburg Nockerl a dessert for 2 by the pool it was delicious. The town and shops are lovely with lots to do. We would like to thank you for making our holiday a wonderful and memorable. 10 out of 10. My husband and I are coming again this year in August to celebrate our 50th Golden Wedding Aniversary as we could not think of a better place to celebrate it. I cannot understand the person who gave you one. They must have been in a different hotel to what we were. I would recommend your hotel to anyone. I show everyone my photos of your hotel and food.
