Allegro Hotel Reviews

The Allegro Hotel is great value for money: excellent location, friendly staff, clean & reasonably-sized rooms. It's on a fairly quiet side street not far from bars & restaurants, & only about a 5 minute walk from a supermarket (Welbee's) if you cut through Pendergardens residential area. The bus stop that takes you to Valletta & the airport is across the road from the supermarket. There's a construction site across the road (can't blame that on the hotel), but they seemed to stop work at around 4 p.m. & made less noise than expected. Breakfast was good - no hot food, but plenty of choice (fruit, yoghurt, cereal, boiled eggs, bread/toast, tea, coffee, fruit juice, croissants, cheese, cold meat slices). There was almost no noise inside the hotel during the night, but there was a small amount of noise from the street outside

The staff was really helpful. The room was very cleaned and the view from the hotel was amazing.

Good Service

Breakfast is from 7:30 to 9:30 and is quite rich. The location is a few hundred meters from the bus stop from the airport on a slope, and it is very convenient for shopping and eating nearby. The room has a balcony

The service is very good for the price. For breakfast, we had everything we needed: croissants, some bread, tomatoes and cucumbers, several kinds of cheese and ham, jams, boiled fish*, yogurt, cereal, a coffee machine and a juice machine. Apples and oranges too. The room was spacious and had a balcony. Hair dryer and soap were provided. There was also a refrigerator. Towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned. Checking out was easy, just put the key in the box. There was a rooftop pool, but it was cold so we didn't use it, but it was a small and cute pool. The only disappointing points were the old facilities and the noise from the construction work nearby. The toilet flush button was broken. It flushed, but there was always the sound of water. The shower head was also a little broken and difficult to use. There was no air conditioning, and it was a little cold at night, not to mention during the day. The worst thing was the noise. There was construction going on in front of us from morning to evening, and we could feel the shaking. In addition, people were making a lot of noise at night, which was noisy. (Maybe because it's in the city) Considering the price, I think it was basically a good place to stay.

Great experience! The hotel is super clean and pleasant The rooftop swimming pool is great I can only recommend this hotel and this very good value for money.

We were especially happy choosing Allegro Hotel. The structure is perfectly inserted in the center of San Giuliano. The location is great; a few steps from the Maltese nightlife and the markets. The room was in very good condition, new and modern. The very good breakfast. Having the flight in the evening, the hotel staff kindly gave us the possibility to leave our luggage in the hotel and to come back for a shower before departure. The stay was excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

The value for money is super. The location is great, super convenient to getting out into downtown Paceville. The hotel is very clean, the staff very kind. The room was brand new and so was the bathroom. I will definitely choose him again next time I come back to Malta

Great location

Amazing

We spent the whole week in the hotel with 25 kids and three teachers. Everything was perfect. The staff were polite and kind to the kids. The food was good and healthy, and the rooms were clean and tidy. I heartily recommend this place for a school trip.
