We stayed here to visit families in Brisbane. Lovely staff, clean environment, breakfast included. The hotel is just a short 10-min walk to the CBD, perfect for Boxing Day shopping.

They gave me a very lovely room with good view, so I enjoyed a lot. Checking in is quick and all IHG member can get a chance to earn a reward by a lucky wheel.

Good location. Small clean room. In and out paid parking was OK. Complimentary breakfast was good (although service lacked customers focus). Would have loved to have a pool. Internet worked fine.

The location is close to Central Station but not a lot right nearby. Cleanliness - problem. Picture shows blood stains on pillowcase. Day we arrived, bathroom trash was full from previous inhabitants. Next day, they made the beds but my pillows were in the floor. Room coffee cups never washed or replaced.

If you have things planned within Brisbane CBD then this is the best hotel for you. Amenities and facilities are all basic but they got everything you need for a comfortable stay. Buffet breakfast is almost the same each day but they serve good coffee anyway. Their gym is also open 24 hours a day if you wamt to squeeze in a little workout in between your trip.
