"The hotel is definitely dated, could use some upgrades. It was fairly clean but not what I’d consider great. There were families and kids in the hall yelling and slamming doors until after 1am. Even with a noise machine it was very loud. Will not stay here again.

"The front desk employees were friendly and the room and facilities were clean. The Trip app said the deposit could be paid with either cash or credit card, but upon arrival, they only accepted credit cards, so be aware of this, especially travelers from mainland China who might not have a Visa/MasterCard. If you only have a Chinese UnionPay card, this hotel will not accept that. The swimming pool was small but clean, and the gym was small but clean, also. You can hear the noise from my he freeway nearby from your room, so if you're a really light sleeper, you would need earplugs. The location is good, near a major highway interchange so it's easy to get around Columbus from here. The rooms don't have amenities that are commonplace in Chinese hotels of the same category, like toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, slippers, nor bathroom scandals. The bathroom only had bar soap, hair conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, and a hair dryer."

"It is a self-catering hotel apartment. The room has a fully equipped kitchen, maybe everyone is cooking in the room, so the room is inevitably a bit of a taste, the window in the room can only open a seam, I think it would be easier to spread the taste if it can be opened. No one in the room during the stay, the towels can go to the front desk for exchange, the first floor has a laundry room, and the laundry is free. There is a larger food supermarket nearby. Hotel transportation is convenient, parking is free"

"#positive #I was happy with the Room layout, Bed comfort level, Nearby restaurants, Location, Soundproofing, Corridor soundproofing; I chose a room type with two double beds and a sofa bed. After checking in, I found that the cushion of the sofa bed was a bit dirty and immediately communicated with the lady at the front desk, and immediately changed the room. The location of the hotel is very clean, there is a large free parking lot, there are several dining options outside the hotel, there is a gas station next to it, and it is only a few minutes' drive to the university. Generally speaking, it is well received."

"I really loved this hotel. The front desk people were super nice! I can’t remember the girl’s name (she was East African) she was the sweetest! Gave my Hunnie a free drink for his birthday. The security was super nice as well. Very diverse staff who were all super nice. Will def stay there again.
The room was super clean and nicely decorated. Loved the bathroom. It was all white and super clean. The location is great in downtown. We walked to dinner at Mitchell’s.
