GGuest UserThe room is spacious, clean, well-equipped and the reception is warm. Very satisfied!

GGuest UserLovely inn! Exceptionally clean, easy to access from the freeway and very close to the north market (15 minutes on the bus!). The room was so much nicer than I was expecting - honestly, nicest motel type accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, massive TV, warm and comfortable bed. Our friend who came to stay in another room also could bring his dogs (for a modest extra fee), which was pretty nice. In the morning they also gave us a coffee and breakfast sandwich, which was generously sized and very tasty! Definitely hope to stay here again - perfect for weekend trips to Columbus.

KKing KwongThe hotel and room is clean but a little bit dated. Free coffee is offered in the lobby in the morning, and there is also a keurig coffee machine and free capsules in the room. The room is old but comfortable to live in. Just that it is near the airport, a perk itself, but also comes with shortcomings that it may be quite noisy when planes take off.

LLynn CurcijaOur experience was a good one. My husband and I commented on the cleanliness of everything! The breakfast was typical but good. The pool/hot tub was on the smaller side, but for us, it was perfect having a 5 year old who loves to swim. I took one star off for amenities due to there being no actual vending machines, but instead, the little ”store” in the lobby, it was a bit overpriced.

GGuest UserAll I can say about this hotel is that the rooms are nice, but the AC was not working, The whole night I was sweating, and when I went down to see if someone could come, nobody came. There is no microwave in the room, so you have to go all the way to the lobby to heat up your food and then come back to your room. The last thing I did not like about it is that after you took a shower, the water does not flush fast. It takes a very long time for the water to flush and then it leaves a dirty stain at the bottom.

GGuest UserGreat place for a quick stay. Easy to navigate, clean, quiet and good grab and go (covid era, free) breakfast. Would definitely stay here again when close to downtown Cbus.

GGuest UserWe had positive experience in my past stays at LaQuinta. However, the recent stay at Hilliard, OH was quite different. Key issues were moldy shower curtain and housekeeping. Specifically:
1 Failure to reinstall replacement shower curtain until the night shift manager, “Mohamed” personally came to our room to install it around 11 PM.
2 We put “Do not Disturb” sign on the outside door handle. It was intended to having housekeeper coming back at later time after we left the room at 11AM with the sign removed. However, no housekeeping was done. The explanation we got was “Whenever housekeeper saw the “Do not Disturb” sign, they just assumed no housekeeping was needed. Most of the hotels I stayed in, the housekeeping would be automatically done later after the sign was removed, or at least a curtesy call /message will be left on room phone. Two of the four nights we stayed, housekeeping work only included bed made. No vacuum, garbage can not emptied, used cups not replaced, sink and counter not cleaned.
Suggestion: Replace current sign which has “Do Not Disturb” on both sides to “Do not Disturb” on one side and “Please Clean Room” on the other side. This would make it clear to housekeepers to perform their normal services.
We checked in on Thursday evening. On Friday morning, we found that the left side of the heavy window curtain was stuck. We reported it to the front desk and were promised that it would be taken care of. Nothing was ever done. We were only able to have partial daylight and only saw half of the outside scene during our entire stay.

WweihuaThe hotel is close to the airport, and there is a free car to pick up and drop off the airport. Clean and tidy, and the room is quite big. There are many places to eat in the surrounding area, as well as gas stations, parking is free, it is recommended to stay

GGuest UserNothing special about this place. The room was comfortable, the elevator worked, and it was generally quiet. There was sufficient parking and it was close to the venue we were attending. Breakfast left a bit to be desired as we got some sort of dried out egg until fresh came out after wards. The diced potatoes were also a bit dry but it is buffet-style so it was what it was. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

XXimensaoxuegaogaoThe room is spacious and bright, the parking lot is sufficient, the most important thing is that the breakfast is very rich, there is milk and meat, there are eggs and cereals, and there is a fruit salad, almost the best breakfast I have ever had in the United States recently.
