BEST QUALITY! Memorable experience. Blows my mind, the hospitality and anticipation of the staff and services. Amazing new property with wonderful facilities and amazing staff, food, and view. Quiet, relaxing, zen. Close by to the Kai Bae street full of food but tucked away privately. Would 10/10 recommendation to a friend again and again! I’m in love with this place and will forever have a place in my heart. ❤️

The stay was excellent. The accommodation was beautiful, the breakfast was outstanding, and the management and staff were truly exceptional — warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway in. The hotel also provides complimentary shuttle service to nearby beaches, with schedules available at the reception. Overall, the service exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely return again in the future.

The Hotel has an excellent location with restaurants and supermarket nearby. My recommendation is to check in only in the beach facing rooms as the view is awesome. From other rooms there is no view. The beach is very rocky but you can walk up a few minutes and it gets better. I have given average rating only because of lack of basic facilities. There is no room service or in-room dialing. You need to contact reception through Whatsapp. Basic amenities like toothpaste, clothes hook, sugar, teabags, milk sachets are not in the room. Only limited coffee pouches are given per day. This is not expected from a premium resort. The breakfast is nice esp. the eggs made to order and cheese platter. Overall we had a good stay due to the location of the room. The management needs to just do a bit extra to make it a top grade Hotel

Wonderful hotel. This was our second time here, and we'll definitely be back! We stayed with a group of 11 people, and absolutely everyone was thrilled! The location is on the best beach, it's clean, beautiful, the breakfasts are superb, and the staff are kind and responsive. Regarding the staff – I especially want to thank restaurant manager Jiraphan and the restaurant chef. They literally swam out in their uniforms to rescue me in the sea when I needed help. They saved my life. They are my heroes!

Excellent hotel, perfect for both families and couples. The breakfasts are superb with something for everyone. Rooms are cleaned daily. There are shops and massage parlors nearby. To get to the beach, you just need to cross the road, and there's even a traffic controller to help you with that. The hotel's water park is also fantastic. Overall, cleanliness and order are well-maintained. We'd definitely return if we have the chance.

Super nice Room. It was clean and really spacious! The staff there is friendly. Our car batterie died and one guy from the staff helped us immediately and wanted to jump start our car. BUT one other guy stopped him so he can sell us a used old battery for 3000baht that died the next day as well... Hotel is nice, just that one guy had only money in his mind haha. Besides that everybody is super friendly. There is a hotel wide free shuttle (only inside the resort). In-house Restaurant for dinner is pricey. I would recommend to try local, cheaper food outside. Pros: The service was incredibly friendly! The man at reception spoke excellent English, which is quite rare in this area. The location is also lovely, close to the beach and with lots of shops and restaurants right next door. Cons: The open bathroom. The shower is behind the door, next to the sink – everything gets wet. And I mean absolutely everything.

The hotel is quiet and modern. The rooms are clean, and the service is excellent. It's a great location for relaxation with complete facilities.

Nice boutique hotel. I had to change the room on the last night as I added an extra stay and the toilet was flooding before I even used it, but they fixed it quite well. Could easily hear people walking in the hallways, which could be an issue for light sleepers. Pool was amazing and right on the beach!

The hotel did not include breakfast, the hotel looked very stylish, the room was okay, the location was good, there was a lot of food around, but the hotel room had mold and odor, and there was a serious mold odor when we entered the room. It's the same for both rooms, and then requesting another room is the same. The order cannot be cancelled, so it can only be sent for one night.
