Staff went beyond their way in providing us a quality service and great experience at the hotel. Thank you! Appreciate all your help! From breakfast buffet at CASA where we were being accomodated very closely by the staff and checking in on our baby from time to time to make sure he is enjoying his food to the front desk staff who did their best to provide us all our needs during our stay (especially the baby bath tub!). Thanks so much! We'll surely come back!

My family’s stay at Seda Hotel was truly memorable, thanks to the incredible hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, the employees went above and beyond to make us feel at home.
The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their consistent efforts in keeping my room tidy and spotless throughout my stay. Returning to a fresh and well-maintained room every day was a pleasure, and it added to the overall comfort of the experience.
The hotel’s location is another standout feature. Being so close to all the major malls made it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. I appreciated the easy access to everything I needed, which saved me a lot of time and effort.

We had a pleasant 2-night stay at Novotel (room only, no breakfast). Service was excellent (they provided a cake for us to celebrate our anniversary, and we asked for late check out which they kindly accepted), The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good wifi connection if you need to work. The location is great with lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The gym is open 24/7 (attended 6am-11pm) and there is a steam room but we didn’t use it. The gelato on 1F was pretty good!
Couple of areas for improvement:
- the walls were thin so we could hear people next door talking, or the shower adjacent to ours
- our rainfall shower did not work and there is no shower door so the floor got a bit wet
- there are not many amenities available - only body wash, shampoo, hand wash, body lotion, toothbrushes

My first time to be on a holiday staycation. And i chose solaire north because its near my house and new. Expecting it to be high end just like their branch in parañaque which we experienced staying overnight twice on separate ocassions. But this time my expectations failed me. Though i had sumptuous dinner and breakfast. My stay is terribly bad. Other than the room is so small for a 32,000 charge, it is not sound proof. We can hear sounds from the other room (like cry of a baby). The staff are not well trained. I asked front desk if the ref in the room has sensor just like in okada she answered yes. So i did not open it because we brought in soda in small cooler but after the midnight countdown i opened it i found out its empty (no minibar set up). Cashier at fresh restaurant is slow. I waited almost an hour just to get my creditcard back plus the o.r. I reported the matter to d front desk early hour in the morning. When i checked out as a peace offering they told me i can stay up to 4 pm free of charge. And i answered back you should have told me earlier so i can arrange the time i am going to be fetched. Its really a bad day to start 2025

Sequoia Hotel Upon checking in, I was asked how many will be staying in the room and I said 3. The receptionist pointed out that breakfast is just for 2 of which, I didn’t have a problem with. He asked for payment for 2 nights which I paid using my card and asked for Php 2000 cash deposit which I said I’s rather be put on hold from my card. Oddly enough, we were only given 1 key. I thought maybe there was already a card placed in the card switch socket in the room but when we got there, there was none. So, was the assumption is that we each one of us open the door every time someone goes out and comes back? I requested for an extra key which took time so I made another follow up. After a couple of mins wait, someone knocked and I don’t know if they were trying to be funny but 2 staff were holding out 2 keycards when I opened the door. Seriously? Room was small but nice. There was an electric kettle and cups, the usual hotel set up but they didn’t have complimentary coffee and tea set up. A small thing for Php 4200 per night rate. On our second night, when we came back from a wedding, it was so upsetting to discover that our keys didn’t work when we came back to our room. I asked reception why and she said the key expired. Again - seriously? You get 2 nights room payment but cut the key for 1 night??? The lady didn’t even apologize but rather, said she will check on the person on duty when I checked in. Then - no updates already. After the key incident, imagine finally being able to access our room and discovering that it wasn’t cleaned. I called reception, spoke to a guy and again, I was told that “he will check on Housekeeping”. When asked if my assumption is correct that all our rooms remain uncleaned, he said “most probably, yes.” WHAAAAAAT? Waited and waited to nothing so I called again and a lady answered. She told me yes that they are already checking on what happened………….. so I asked her what I should do - am i waiting for someone to clean? Am i waiting for their feedback on what happened? Ang labo. Also reported na din our AC that doesn’t cool and is noisy. In fairness, Maintenance people went up right away. But they just told us that “every so often, when the AC / room reaches it’s max temp, the AC goes to eco mode”. What are they talking about? The AC never reached a cool mode since we checked in 24 hours ago. Room attendant finally arrived and cleaned our rooms one by one. Of course, we have to do room hopping while cleaning was on going. Convenient right? Not. Cleaning was so-so - used cups were not replaced. You’d still see a paper on the floor. Bathroom sink wasn’t wiped. But then, at least the room was “refreshed” for the night. Too many on duty on a Saturday at the front desk - apart from the 2 ladies (there was a 3rd too) at the desk. There were 2 gentlemen walking around the lobby, doing nothing. There was a time they were just standing with the bellman talking. When a lady (guest) asked for taxi assistance, all

I had a great time at VS Hotel. The room was comfortable, the staff friendly, and the location was convenient. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit slow and the pool is under renovation. But pina pa gamit nmn nila ung resident condo pool, madami nga lng restrictions.

Outstanding
GGuest UserOur two-night stay is a superb. We got to relaxed and enjoyed the pool. The staff are so accommodating (even until midnight). Comparing to other 5-star hotels in Manila, this hotel captured my heart so far. Thanks to Ms. Manpreet Singh and the staff. Great service! Also tried the Alejo restaurant of the hotel, the Rib-eye Steak is perfect. And the Inasal was unexpected too - again the dishes captured my heart. My two-day breakfast in this restaurant was extremely satisfying. I love the bacon and pastries! Got to enjoyed the food and brought a different experience here in Manila.
GGuest UserThe place is nice but does not have enough parking. It’s close to some amenities like malls. The room itself is very nice and clean but no pets allowed. It served for what I need to do in Manila. Dry expensive for an average hotel. We left early instead of staying extra day because we ended up getting a puppy that was given to us unexpectedly and they would not allow us to bring it to our room for at least the night since we’re leaving the next day. They would not budge so we left and paid for an extra night for nothing for they will not refund it.
GGuest UserHere are the comments for our 1 night stay at Luxent. Front Office: Krys and Jason was very friendly but at the same time very professional. They even upgraded my room to the Prima Club Room that has access to the lounge as well. Aljon was also very efficient and helpful he even went to the parking area to assist my husband with our baggage. That same evening Aljon assisted me with the cake delivered to me and have it kept at the Kitchen. Prima Lounge: Dana greeted me with e smile through her eyes (all staff are wearing facemasks) when I went to the the Prima lounge to explore. She mentioned to me the perks of the lounge such as drinks and appetizers available that day. Later that evening my husband and I went back to the lounge to experience what Dana mentioned earlier, I was very excited because I was actually celebrating my birthday yesterday and what a better way to celebrate it with free food and drinks. haha There were alcoholic drinks like red and white wine, scotch, and beers too. if you dont drink you can have sodas or juices. As for the food they have appetizers like canapes, meatballs, fruits and nuts and as well a few choices of cheeses too. Edren was very attentive and very friendly, I forgot the name of the chef but that gave me a mini birthday cake and greeted me too. I would say it was a happy birthday indeed and I thankful I spent it at Luxent. Vertigo Pool/ Bar: Jason and Dixie attended to all our needs during our dinner time at the pool, very accurate in taking our orders and assisted with our every need. Breakfast: I was not able to get the names of the staff who assisted us but everyone is very attentive and helpful, food selection is very decent I loved everything except for the chicken sausage, it tasted weird, and the texture is weird too. Check out was smooth and quick. Dana once again offered us drinks before we go, which I appreciate. The hotel itself is very nice, the room interior is very cozy, it felt vey luxurious as well We loved the bed and the pillows are super soft. Pool is huge and water is nice, 17th floor is clean and very spacious. I loved the cabanas it felt as if i was out of town and not in the middle of Timog/ Morato Area. All in all the Luxent experience was indeed very memorable and enjoyable. You guys made my birthday extra special. Kudos to the employees who work hard and make sure to take the extra mile just to assist the guests and provide the best service.
Parking was a challenge. We got lost but then we called the hotel number to ask for help and they were able to direct us to the parking. They don't have concierge to help with your bags but they let you borrow the trolley to transport with your bags. Check-in was quick. They had free 250php voucher in the grab and go, and as an Accor member, we had welcome drinks. It's a no frills kinda budget friendly hotel but has amazing amenities. The room space is well thought of, with bright hues and hip designs. It has the basics you need (mini ref, cups and water kettle), luggage rack and open closet, it has the toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, handsoap, toothbrush), also has face towel, bath towel. I also love that their toilet (with bidet) and shower are separate. They are also eco friendly since they provide you with a water pitcher and in the hallway near the elevators, you can get hot/cold/room temp drinking water. Their buffet was rumored to be good so we checked the Streats restaurant and saw that there were seafood, sashimi, unli drinks, and desserts, we decided to have dinner there and we loved the food quality and service (shout out to Joseph, hope I remembered his name correctly). Must try their homemade marshmallows with chocolate sauce. I hope they add more variety to the cheese, there was only one kind. Roast beef also looked dry. Complimentary Breakfast is also good. Loved the omelet station. We weren't able to go to their roof deck as we were really tired and took a nap, when we woke up it's already closed. We tried to swim in the morning after breakfast in the rooftop infinity pool but it was too bright for us night owls haha. Overall it was a pleasant stay for the price. Service is good. I would stay again in this hotel.
GGuest UserWe stayed overnight for my son’s birthday. I’ve nothing bad to say about this hotel at all. Ambiance - the high ceilings of the building gave the hotel a luxurious feel. The lounge area had comfy sofas; they have a restaurant that either serve buffet style or plated. Location - the hotel is located in Scout Castor. There are nearby restaurants, cafes, and a convenience store. You’ll appreciate the silence of the surroundings especially if you need a good nights rest. Hotel room - we stayed at an executive twin bedroom on the eight floor. I was very surprised with how spacious the room was for the price we paid for! It also had high ceilings with floor length windows and blind curtains. The room had a modern industrial style which i loved so much. Amenities - they have water refilling stations on every floor to prevent the use of single use plastic bottles. The pool area was so nice.. the pool itself was only about 4 feet deep. There’s also a lounge are where you can relax and enjoy the view of QC. Staff - Everyone we encountered on April 29-30, 2023 were super kind and courteous! I want to commend the receptionists (i forgot to get their names huhu) and sir Harold for being so nice to us talaga. I was alone with two small kids and nakikipag kwentuhan sila and nakikipagtawanan sila sa akin. Hehe. I dunno, I just appreciated it so much kasi this was the first time I traveled alone with my kids. All in all, Privato QC is an awesome place and we will definitely go back probably for a longer stay pa. Medyo nakakagulat nga na wala masyado guests though peak times kami nag book considering it was a long weekend pa. This hotel gets a five star for me! ❤️
GGuest UserWell done I must say I was surprised with the lack of stuffing around the book in five rooms the staff were quick and courteous something that I find frustrating in the Philippines how long things take there was never an issue they were easy to deal with hotel looks fantastic the rooms are renovated to a high standard very happy was certainly be a repeat customer
GGuest UserLooking for a place during this pandemic is quite difficult and cautious. Checking in at this hotel is very good. They observe every means to get the residents protected by installing hand sanitizers inside the elevator and of course upon entering. The use of facemask is enforced. Plus, the hotel staff is welcoming and always showing smiling faces. Will certainly check in at this hotel again.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located for using public transportation, as it is very close to the “North Avenue” stop of MRT3 (which is currently the final stop on the MRT3 line, leading from there southwards along the EDSA highway). Another public transport line, LRT1, can also be reached on foot, only that the nearest station “Roosevelt” was closed in late November / early December 2021, so it will take a while to walk further to the now final stop on that line, “Balintawak”. There is currently construction ongoing for a new line close to the hotel, which I believe will be named MRT7, giving even more connections with public transport (east-wards, out of Quezon City / Metro Manila). Due to the construction, I heard sometimes noise during the night coming from the outside. In about 30 minutes walking distance is the Ninoy Aquino Park, a peaceful place with animals and places for picknick, or simply to rest from the city noise. Also, the Quezon Memorial Circle, another park, can be visited for recreational purposes and is very close to the before-mentioned Ninoy Aquino Park. Due to Covid-19 measurements, breakfast – which was included in the price – was brought to the room. Hotel staff was friendly to me, and I want to thank everyone of the hotel team as well as the security personnel. At the reception desk I was treated well by Jonna, and by the other front desk staff, for which I am thankful.
EEjgrl90The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!)
Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
