We attended the Better Endings Concert of M2M which is just beside the hotel. Location was perfect, staff were nice. Our room was at the 5th floor where the spa is. There’s a security door just after the spa so only guests could enter the area with the rooms. I love that and the wonderful smell coming from the spa was glorious. Our room was huge and had this great view of the coliseum and the street. The hotel is environmental-friendly as they provided water in glass bottles instead of plastic ones. And everything is provided for. The guest services line is online 24/7 and responds right away. The only hold up I think was the long wait for check-in but could be because their computer system was slow. But it was all good cause I only had to get my room key when I lined up cause I registered earlier in the morning. Thank you, Novotel!

It was my first time booking a room at Ibis Styles and I could say our stay was incredibly pleasant. Located at Gateway 2 inside the Araneta City, it was quite easy to find good food as restaurants are a plenty. Amenities and service were delightful. The staff were courteous and went above and beyond. Christopher was just great as he was able to let us check-in early without a hitch. Our conversation was quick and the check-in process was efficient. Meanwhile, we were fortunate to have talked to Lucky who helped us get the security deposit back even when we haven’t checked-out yet. I’ll definitely book a room again when I come home from overseas.

I was given a room on level 10 which had a foul smell in its toilet. Residue was spotted behind the toilet bowl, likely that the connection was not tightly sealed. Requested for a change of room and was given a King Junior Suite, a handwritten apology and a plate of fruits. Breakfast buffet is limited and decent

My first time to be on a holiday staycation. And i chose solaire north because its near my house and new. Expecting it to be high end just like their branch in parañaque which we experienced staying overnight twice on separate ocassions. But this time my expectations failed me. Though i had sumptuous dinner and breakfast. My stay is terribly bad. Other than the room is so small for a 32,000 charge, it is not sound proof. We can hear sounds from the other room (like cry of a baby). The staff are not well trained. I asked front desk if the ref in the room has sensor just like in okada she answered yes. So i did not open it because we brought in soda in small cooler but after the midnight countdown i opened it i found out its empty (no minibar set up). Cashier at fresh restaurant is slow. I waited almost an hour just to get my creditcard back plus the o.r. I reported the matter to d front desk early hour in the morning. When i checked out as a peace offering they told me i can stay up to 4 pm free of charge. And i answered back you should have told me earlier so i can arrange the time i am going to be fetched. Its really a bad day to start 2025

We had a very relaxing 3D/2N staycation at Citadines QC. The hotel ambiance is so serene. Our room is very spacious and has a microwave oven, bread toaster, full size ref, kettle, plates, cutlery and drinking water. The pool is clean and inviting but hope water is not that cold. Staff are all very courteous and attentive to requests. We also love their very friendly yellow Labrador Daisy... 😊

Great
MMatthewEverything was okay, I indicated that i prefer a king size or maybe a queen size bed but instead they provide a 2 single bed and just put it together to make it look like a king size, the food was average nothing special about it. Amenities, they do have a gym but they only have dumbbells and 2 treadmills. The pool was decent.
And lastly the parking, they don't have the proper parking for motorcycles, security guards insist that you don't have to lock your motorcycle so that they can maneuver when someone is coming in or out, after our check-in, I headed directly to the parking area, and my top box has a scratch on the left side and my top box bracket got broken ,(left part also) I'm not sure if my motorcycle fell down when someone is going out, My partner and I requested for the CCTV footage wanting to know what happened with my motorcycle, but after a 2 hrs waiting they said that there's nothing happened with my motorcycle base on the CCTV footage that never shown to us.
BbryyyyAmazingly beautiful hotel in a familiar and less congested part of qc. From the moment we entered, the smell, ambiance, decor and the staff had such a big impact that made our stay the best. We almost didnt want to leave the hotel! We loved the aesthetic of the rooms and the attention to detail in all of the little tiny design decision that the hotel made for the lobby and the rooms. Being an eco-friendly hotel made the stay even more worthwhile. Lastly was the staff, incredible customer service, from the way they greeted us, helped us with our stuff, our amenities, from opening doors and elevators, and the warm voices and smiles. We truly had a luxurious experience with this and will highly recommend will come back again for another stay.
Few things to note, although the room itself was spotless, there was nothing to note that was filthy, heck the sheets and the room smelled really nice when we first entered, the shower area looked a bit dirty, should definitely need a wall and floor scrub every now and then due to the build up of moisture. Other than that, the whole hotel was beyond my expectations and was truly remarkable.
Again thanks a lot for the service sir dj! And to all of the other staff that were there during that time. Thanks for the small talks during our time there, these small things really made our stay the best!

TTropical NomadA Relaxing Stay with a View (and a few quirks) at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel
I recently had the pleasure of staying in a one-bedroom suite at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, and while it wasn't perfect, it certainly provided a comfortable and convenient base for my trip.
The Highlight Reel:
* That View! My suite offered stunning scenic views, which really elevated the overall experience. Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus.
* Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare!
* Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued.
* Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep.
A Few Minor Hiccups:
* Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way.
* Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference.
Overall:
Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eastwood City and prioritize convenience and a great view, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Just be mindful of your phone's magnetic prowess if you're carrying your keycard nearby!
IiamgwazeWe really love our staycation here. Perfect place to spend the day. The breakfast is so good! Many food options. They upgraded everything, rooms, food and ambiance. It’s amazing. See you again at the Luxent.
AAnonymous UserThis is the ideal accomodation for people who will be taking their board exam at New Era University as it is a walking distance. The hotel is generous enough to provide packed meals for the takers who don't have time for the buffet breakfast from 6:00 AM until 10:00 AM. Everyone is polite and welcoming. However, based on our experience on the room itself, the bathroom drains too slowly leaving us with wet floors. The air conditioner drips and releases a foul smell that cannot be eliminated by disinfecting sprays, and the bed is too sunken creating loud noises even in slightest movements.
Regardless, thank you, Microtel by Wyndham UP Technohub, for accommodating us and being part of my board examination journey.
AAnonymous UserThe room size is okay for a family of 3 considering the beds are double sized. Room was clean . For breakfast , its not buffet but there are choices of plating and served to the table.
Their checkout time is quite long so just keep that in mind if you are in a hurry.
One issue which we faced at midnight, it was 13th Dec, and on our floor( 7th) there were 3 groups l guess were just standing at the common corridor and talking, running also calling each other from across the rooms , until at 1:30 midnight l couldn't take it , went to the reception to address, just commendable job by the lady in the reception who handled this very well . lt was not the hotel's fault but due to such ruccus l could nt sleep for a long time .
Shout out to the lady , forgot to ask her name , for managing the situation at 1:30 am .
IInfra RedOur stay at Grass Residences Tower 3 was overall a pleasant experience! The unit was cozy and comfortable, and the location was superb - it's connected to SM North via a convenient walkway/bridge, making it easy to shop and dine. The security was good, giving us peace of mind during our stay.
The agent we worked with was nice and helpful, although responsiveness could be improved.
One thing to note is that while the property has great amenities, they aren't included in the package. Each use of the swimming pool costs PHP 150 per head a day. Additionally, be sure to include ALL guest names when booking, as we learned the hard way that even if the unit accommodates up to 4 pax, anyone not listed won't be able to use the pool amenities. We only provided 3 names unfortunately for some reasons, and our 4th family member wasn't allowed to swim (at first) which was a bit disappointing, but thankful to the agent because she helped us resolve the issue. We still had a great time and would consider staying here again. Overall, a good experience!
