Quezon City Hotels with Wifi

Perfect as always. Rooms are clean, bed and pillows are comfy, nice interior and perfect breakfast, price is reasonable too! Location is perfect in quezon city. I just hope the noise reduction will be improved cause I can hear everything from food steps on floor above to knocks and voices from other rooms.

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

Had a great stay! Loved the blue theme of the hotel. The place was clean, and the free water refill outside the rooms was a nice touch. The staff were very accommodating too.

The location is very accessible, especially for concertgoers and those who need a bed and bath (there are cheaper options nearby). However, the room was at the far end of the floor and had a funky smell. The bathroom drain also smelled bad. There was no shower curtain and no TV remote control(had to request for it). Regarding the food, I was supposed to order something but was offered a promo for the breakfast buffet instead (thinking the food would still be fresh and warm). However, most of the food was nearly gone and cold, though it was already past 9am. Most of the staff are friendly.

Very accessible location and the front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall, the stay was convenient. My only concern was the strong chlorine-like disinfectant smell in the hallway outside the room, which could be improved. Otherwise, good value for a quick stay.

The hotel is surrounded by the Araneta City hub:  • Malls: Farmers Plaza is practically next door, while Gateway Mall, Ali Mall, and SM Cubao are all within a 5 to 10-minute walk.  • 24/7 Access: There are convenience stores and fast-food chains right outside the entrance, so grabbing a late-night snack is never a problem.  3. **⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5)** I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall it was an average experience. The room was clean and had the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were polite and accommodating, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The location was convenient and close to nearby shops and restaurants, which was a plus. However, some of the facilities could use improvement. The room showed signs of wear, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, and the noise from outside could sometimes be heard. For the price, it offers decent value and is suitable for short stays or business trips. While it may not have the comfort and amenities of higher-rated hotels, it provides the essentials for a satisfactory stay.

This hotel hits the mark for a basic, practical stay. It skips the luxury frills of higher-end hotels, but it delivers on cleanliness, location, and affordability. Perfect for short trips or budget-conscious travelers who just need a reliable place to sleep and recharge.

The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!) Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
