Excellent
GGuest UserAlmost perfect, except for the price! The room was super clean, and my kids absolutely loved it. Being able to drive the car right into the room was a huge plus, and all the amenities were top-notch. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. I actually came to Taiwan just for this hotel, and it definitely didn't disappoint! My only regret is that we only stayed for 3 days and 2 nights; I wish I had booked our entire trip here.

GGuest UserThe room was comfy and spacious! My only minor gripe is that I wish there was an extra blanket, because the bed is so big that my partner and I kept fighting over the single one, haha. The dinner and breakfast buffets were incredibly diverse and filling – we ate so much! It rained all day, so we ended up staying in the hotel, but we didn't get bored at all. There were so many activities for both adults and kids to enjoy. Thumbs up! 👍

GGuest UserWe stayed in the Japanese-style mountain view room. The mattress was a bit thin and firm, so it took some getting used to. However, the view from the window was excellent, and we could even catch glimpses of the Lanyang Plain night view from the side of the balcony. This was a one-night, two-meal package. Dinner was at the Yuntian buffet, which offered a wide and delicious selection. The next day, we chose the brunch at Yanboting, which allowed us to sleep in and then head to the meal at our leisure – very relaxing. The brunch was a set menu, but it was very filling. The outdoor hot spring area had an essential oil pool, a fish spa (for pedicures!), and an outdoor swimming pool. The kids had a blast. Overall, it was a happy and comfortable trip.

HHuang Wan ZhenThe hotel service was great, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel seems to be an old one that's been renovated. The bathroom fixtures are a bit older, but everything was very clean, so it didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The soundproofing of the room door isn't great; you can clearly hear people walking by. However, everyone was very quiet at night, and the bed was super comfortable, so I slept really well both nights. The mini-fridge also came with complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch. Whenever I needed anything, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and always resolved any issues. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I come back to Yilan.

GGuest UserOverall, it was a good stay and I'd definitely stay there again. The lobby was grand, the family rooms were spacious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were just the right firmness for a good night's sleep! Cons: The elevator was incredibly difficult to wait for when checking out. All three elevators were packed, and the wait was long. The emergency exit only goes to B1, so if you park your car in B2, you still have to find a way to get to B2 by hopping on an elevator from another floor! My kids loved it. There's a pool with hot springs, a ball pool, a PS5, a racing track for little Bubu cars, and a variety of other children's play facilities! It's definitely on my bucket list for future trips with kids!

BBino17Art Spa Hotel -Execellent experience: amazing room, staff, services, hot spring facilities, prime location -unlimited entry into its hot spring areas up to 1h after checkout (outdoors and indoors). Rmb to bring swim wear and swim hat else you can buy in the hotel (which is comparable if not cheaper than the stalls outside). Entry into springs is based on a sticker that can be redeemed at the concierge. There are lockers at NT10 inside if you want to put your belongings. -food wise can walk out, turn right of the hotel walk around 10mins (use Google maps), alot of good stalls on the same way to McDonalds. There is even a supermarket on the way. -Some worthy food mentions:Linjia Guangdong Beef Noodle Restaurant (not a looker, v discreet but we swear the beef noodle soup taste can match big brands and names like the liu shan cough in taipei), 香肠伯(standalone 烧烤摊位), Sinbow scallion expert (order the scallion spiral pizza 葱派,we went back for it 3 times in our 2D1N)

LluThe hotel staff were very friendly, and the environment was clean and tidy. The best part was the double hot tub in the room, which the kids had a blast playing in. Breakfast was served à la carte, and it was brought to the table. You could order more if you weren't full. It was a rare treat to have breakfast at a hotel with kids without feeling rushed. 👍🏼

AAnonymous UserA friendly hotel, with polite, welcoming staff. The rooms had great WiFi, large TV and as others have said an amazing Japanese style hot spring bath. We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi pool, snacks during the day (including wine)and trekking nearby. The rooms unfortunately had thin walls/doors so you could hear people around you, beds were small and quite uncomfortable and the ac in the room did not provide heating so we found it quite cold. The dehumidifier in the room was also very loud. Breakfast was good, but would be nice if they made it clear of egg options available. I found it strange the local hot springs were public right outside, this made it seem less secure that anyone can walk in the hotel.

GGuest UserThis was the first hotel for our family trip, traveling with my 80-year-old grandmother. During our stay, an unexpected emergency occurred with my grandmother, but thanks to the hotel's quick and proactive support, we were able to resolve the situation safely. I was deeply touched by their thoughtful consideration, especially when they proactively offered a 'late check-out' so that my elderly grandmother could rest comfortably and depart at her own pace. This allowed our family, who were quite flustered at the time, to compose ourselves and continue our trip. Beyond just providing accommodation, the service, which prioritized the safety of its guests, ensured that Taiwan's first impression for our entire family was one of 'warmth' and 'trust'. We are truly grateful.

The hotel bathing hot spring water world facilities are general, finally soaked for half an hour, back to the room to soak again feel more Good.If not requesting a new hotel, this one might as well consider .
