VValeiHotel connected with a shopping mall, with restaurants, cinema, bubble tea, donut, ice cream, sushi etc. Hotel has a mini snack bar for free, library with a small cafe with snacks, mini cinema, play corner for younger kids, play area for tv games, outdoor area with bouncy castles, outdoor and indoor car ride, so much fun!! Snacks, drinks, water, coffee, breakfast provided for free.

GGuest UserOverall, it was a good stay and I'd definitely stay there again. The lobby was grand, the family rooms were spacious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were just the right firmness for a good night's sleep! Cons: The elevator was incredibly difficult to wait for when checking out. All three elevators were packed, and the wait was long. The emergency exit only goes to B1, so if you park your car in B2, you still have to find a way to get to B2 by hopping on an elevator from another floor! My kids loved it. There's a pool with hot springs, a ball pool, a PS5, a racing track for little Bubu cars, and a variety of other children's play facilities! It's definitely on my bucket list for future trips with kids!

葉葉葉葉The hotel is located in a very quiet area right in the heart of Jiaoxi. The exterior is lush and green, and once you step inside, it's bright and spacious. The front desk staff were friendly and polite. This trip was a family vacation, and one of our children wasn't feeling well, so the hotel staff's thoughtful service really warmed our hearts. The room was very large and dry, with no hint of dampness. The breakfast was also diverse and plentiful, and it's served until 11:30 AM, which saved us from having to buy lunch. We'll definitely be staying here again!

CClaudia xuanCame here once in a colder weather precovid. Facilities as good as I remembered, but coming in summer this time, I expected more cold suana pool then hot ones. Unfortunately that's not the case. The hotel is decent but might need some upgrading (it looked the same over the years but somethings looked abit worn out/rusty). We came in group of 10 (5 rooms) and one room has bed bug.. Decent spread for the buffet breakfast. Close to train station and with many food options around!

GGuest UserThird visit to the Landis Resort & Spa for a family trip! Every time, my family eagerly requests to celebrate birthdays at this wonderful place. My parents can relax in the hot springs, and the kids can happily splash around in the pool. Special thanks to the attentive hotel service and the professional lifeguards for their care. Everyone had a fantastic time! There's also a stunning beach nearby for a lovely stroll. And I highly recommend Fumei Seafood Restaurant. It was another relaxing and perfect trip! ❤️❤️

SsamohiI really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is well located, very close to the train, bus station, shops and restaurants, and the Jiaoxi Hot Spring Park (about 12 minutes walk). The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including preloaded movies, streaming, a huge bathtub, and a shower. The bed was so comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. The onsen was heavenly (bring a swimsuit and swimcap if you want to partake). I wish there were more signs about opening hours for breakfast and the onsen. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

During our stay, an unexpected emergency occurred with my grandmother, but thanks to the hotel's quick and proactive support, we were able to resolve the situation safely. I was deeply touched by their thoughtful consideration, especially when they proactively offered a 'late check-out' so that my elderly grandmother could rest comfortably and depart at her own pace. This allowed our family, who were quite flustered at the time, to compose ourselves and continue our trip. Beyond just providing accommodation, the service, which prioritized the safety of its guests, ensured that Taiwan's first impression for our entire family was one of 'warmth' and 'trust'. We are truly grateful.

熊熊人The hotel is very well located, Reef Railway Station is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There are many restaurants nearby over some shops, very convenient. The hotel bathing hot spring water world facilities are general, finally soaked for half an hour, back to the room to soak again feel more Good.If not requesting a new hotel, this one might as well consider .
